Addiction

I am asking for your continued prayers for my son. Only through God'a grace is he still alive. He has tried several times to stop using drugs and has relapsed several times. He is trying again and seems to have a good support group. Please pray that he will finally be free from his addiction and he will find peace in his life. He has problems with being immature and impulsive. Please pray in agreement with me that God will keep speaking to him and putting the right people in his path to help him.

God please watch over the men and women sufferring from addiction. Help them to see and feel your love and the solution that your love offers. Keep them safe from harm and continue to put loving people in their lives. Help their loved ones to understand that its not their fault and that your love is everything. In your name we pray for the sufferring. Amen

God of mercy, we bless You in the Name of Your Son, Jesus Christ, who ministered to all who came to Him. Give Your strength to prayforhim's son, one of Your children, enfold him in Your love and restore him to the freedom of God's children.

Lord, look with compassion on all those who have lost their health and freedom. Restore to them the assurance of Your unfailing mercy, strengthen them in the work of recovery, and help them to resist all temptation.

To those who care for them, grant patience and understanding and a love that perseveres. We ask this through Christ our Lord. Amen.
