My boyfriend ### is into smoking weed and I feel that he has craving for it. If he stops marijuana, he takes alcohol and vice versa. Also he is flirtatious. I want him to be true and sincere to me. Ours is ###.### years of relationship and he has always said he will marry me and loves me though I have caught him with ### other girls before. I have sacrificed a lot for him in these years. I have seen court, Police station and bailed him out each time he used to fight with people and was booked a case. I want him to change. He was in de-addiction center for ### months and now when he is out, he started smoking weed again. Please help me. I have prayed a lot in past ### years and nothing seems to be my way. He doesn't even care or show any love towards me unless he wants money from me. I truly love him and want him to change and be mine completely.

Most prayers in the Bible that offer promises are only for a spouse. Are you sure you are not in an adulterous relationship that you need to flee from?
