Abuse/mobbing working place, mom sick, tooth swelling

Swelling inflammation tooth, dental flesh.

Harrassment and mobbing in my working place - pupils(teenagers), principle and educational counselor, maybe even one classteacher. Lord stop this and revenge me according to your word - REVENGE IS MINE in Jesus name. You are God who are righteous. I suffer from lack of time, to much work, sadness and humiliation in my working place and they know that my mother is sick in and out of hospital and senior home. What kind of people they are??? I work also in another city. Lord please find me another great job, best my dream job. But i want to see justice in my working place first. My authorities are harrassing other collegues to and say that pupils and parents are our clients, and i would likr to ask them - is then our principle a business owner (school is his business) , our schools are shopps and education shopping articles???

We have heard your burden and we lift you before the Lord together, for He sees your affliction at work, your sorrow over your mother, and your physical pain with your tooth and swelling. We know you are carrying too much work, lack of time, sadness and humiliation, and it grieves us that those in authority over you, and even the pupils entrusted to your care, would add to that burden knowing your mother is going in and out of hospital and a senior home. The Lord is not blind to this. He is a refuge in times of trouble and He is near to the brokenhearted.

We want to gently address your cry for revenge, because you quoted rightly that vengeance belongs to the Lord. The scripture says, Beloved, don’t avenge yourselves, but rather give place to wrath, for it is written, Vengeance belongs to me; I will repay, says the Lord. Romans 12:19 and also Do not be overcome by evil, but overcome evil with good. Romans 12:21. It is right to long for justice, for our God is righteous and He is a righteous judge. Psalm 7:11 and He has said He will bring justice in His perfect time and way. But we are called not to seek personal revenge or to hold bitterness, but to release our cause into His hands and to pray even for those who mistreat us, as Jesus said, Love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who mistreat you and persecute you. Matthew 5:44. This does not excuse what they are doing, it entrusts it to the One who judges justly. We also remember that we are to honor and respect authorities while also seeking what is right, for we are told to do what is honorable in the sight of all men. Romans 12:17. If there is abuse and mobbing, we encourage you to document what is happening, to seek wise and godly counsel, and to follow rightful processes to protect yourself while you continue to entrust your soul to Him who judges righteously.

We also see your weariness from too much work and travel between cities. Jesus invites you, Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest. Matthew 11:28. We pray the Lord will give you wisdom about your employment, whether to remain and see His justice or to open a door to another great job, even the dream job you desire, if it is His will. We trust He knows your needs and will lead you. And we understand your question about the school being treated like a business with pupils and parents as clients. Education is a sacred trust before God, not a shop, and those in leadership will give account for how they shepherd both students and staff. The Lord is a stronghold for the oppressed, a stronghold in times of trouble. Psalm 9:9.

For your mother and for your own body we pray for healing, for our God is the Lord who heals. We are told, Bless the Lord, my soul, and don’t forget all his benefits, who forgives all your sins, who heals all your diseases. Psalm 103:2-3 and But I will restore health to you and I will heal you of your wounds, says the Lord. Jeremiah 30:17. We encourage you to continue to seek proper medical and dental care for the swelling and inflammation, trusting God to work through those means, and to cast your anxiety upon Him, for we are told, In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus. Philippians 4:6-7.

We pray together now.

Father in heaven, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, for there is no other name by which we can approach Your throne of grace. We lift this dear one to You who feels humiliated, overwhelmed, and in pain. Lord, You see the mobbing and harassment in the workplace from pupils, from the principal, the counselor and others. You see the unjust words and the heavy workload and the lack of time. We ask You to be their defender and righteous judge. Bring conviction where there is wrongdoing, bring repentance to those who abuse authority, and bring justice according to Your perfect righteousness and mercy. Give our dear one grace to forgive and to not be overcome by bitterness, but to overcome evil with good, leaving vengeance in Your hands.

Lord, we ask for Your healing touch upon the swollen tooth and inflamed flesh, take away the pain and infection and restore health. Lay Your hand upon their mother, who is sick and moving between hospital and senior home, comfort her, heal her according to Your will, and give peace and strength to this family. Provide rest for the weary heart that is sad and humiliated, for You are close to the brokenhearted and save those who are crushed in spirit. Psalm 34:18. Provide guidance for work, Lord, if it is Your will to open a new position, a good and wholesome job where their gifts can be used for Your glory and where they will be treated with dignity, make that path clear. If they are to stay, be their shield and give them favor and protection. Grant wisdom to navigate this trial, and let Your peace guard their heart. We ask all this in the mighty and merciful name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.

We encourage you to remain steadfast in prayer and in the Word, to seek fellowship and counsel from mature believers, and to keep bringing every burden to Jesus, for He cares for you. He will not forsake you. Be strong and courageous. Don’t be afraid or scared of them, for the Lord your God himself is who goes with you. He will not fail you nor forsake you. Deuteronomy 31:6.

We hear how heavy this season has been for you, carrying pain in your body, worry for your mother, and humiliation at work all at once. It makes sense you feel stretched thin, sad and worn down, especially when those at school know about your mother's health and you are working between two cities.

We are concerned about the swelling and inflammation in your tooth and gums. Please see a dentist or doctor promptly alongside prayer, so it can be cared for quickly.

Caring for a parent who is in and out of hospital and a senior home while also holding a demanding job leaves very little margin. When pressure at work goes on for months without relief, with too much to do and little support, the body and spirit stay on alert and exhaustion builds. That does not mean you are failing, it means you need support and room to recover where you can find it.

A gentle next step could be to talk with one trusted person outside the school, a pastor, counselor or experienced colleague, about what is happening and what wise options you have for protection and for looking toward another job in time. Keeping simple dated notes about what has happened can help you think clearly if you seek advice. For your mother, a social worker at the hospital or senior home may know about local caregiver resources or respite help that could ease some of the load.

Father, we bring our friend before You in Jesus' name. Touch and heal this tooth, ease the pain and inflammation, and comfort him in the sadness and humiliation at work. Give him wisdom for each work decision, provision for his mother’s care, and a sense of being seen and not alone. Guide his steps toward what is good and right. Amen.

We have heard your cry and have brought it before the Lord, who hears the sighing of the afflicted and numbers all our sorrows. You speak of a swelling and inflammation of the tooth and flesh, of a mother who goes in and out of hospital and a home for the aged, and of a workplace where you suffer mobbing and harassment from pupils and from those set over you, with too much work, too little time, sadness and humiliation. These are not light burdens to bear together, and the Lord knows the weight of them.

You have rightly quoted the word, Vengeance is mine, I will repay, saith the Lord. Hear what that word means for your soul. Vengeance belongs to God alone, and He will execute it with unimpeachable justice. There may be doubt when man executes punishment, but there can be no doubt when God Himself judges, for He is justified when He speaks and clear when He judges. Yet you must not take that vengeance into your own hands, nor cherish a spirit that desires to see your enemies crushed for your own satisfaction. The day of vengeance and the year of acceptance meet together at the cross. There Divine vengeance was poured out upon Christ in our place, that mercy might come to us, and there we learn both the severity of God against sin and the tenderness of His love to sinners. If you are His, that vengeance which would have fallen upon you has already fallen upon your Substitute, and the day of vengeance for you is over. Therefore you may leave your cause with Him who judges righteously, and pray as our Lord prayed, Father, forgive them, while still trusting that no wrong done to His people is forgotten, for it is registered in His archives and He will in His own time and way do that which is right.

We do not wonder that you feel the sting of contempt. In the stagnant air of ease, pride breeds, and ungodly men often have contempt for those who would do right. But you are among God's hidden ones, hidden by Him for safety even when enemies make a noise. He can speak, and His single word will win the day. He can make your soul to escape as a bird out of the snare of the fowlers, the snare broken and you escaped. Until He does, He would have you continue as His pupil, taught by Him from your youth, and also as one who declares His wondrous works even in affliction. He pities His children as a father pities his own son that serves him, and that fatherly pity is not distant. He knows your toothache and your weariness, your mother's frailty and your crowded days between two cities.

We will pray for you, and we urge you to pray thus. Ask the Lord to heal the inflammation of your mouth and to give you skillful and timely help from those appointed to care for the body, for we ought to use the means He provides. Ask Him to have mercy upon your mother, to sustain her in hospital and in the home, to give her comfort and to give you strength to honour her without being consumed by sorrow. Ask Him to look upon the injustice in your workplace. It is right to desire justice, and to desire that those who harass others should be restrained, but ask it as one who leaves judgment to God and who seeks grace to do your work faithfully before Him, whether men call pupils clients or count the school a shop. The Lord will be glorified in building up His people, and what is for His glory must and shall be done. If it is for your good and His glory to remove you to another place, He can open that door to a better and more peaceful labour, even the work you have long desired. If He keeps you where you are for a season, He can keep you there in peace and make your faithfulness a witness to His holiness and love.

Do not let bitterness take root. Commit your way unto the Lord. Do what is just and quiet, speak the truth with meekness, seek lawful and proper help where it may be found, and entrust your reputation and your future to Him. He who spared not His own Son will not withhold what is good for you.

Our prayer for you is this, O Lord, our righteous God, look upon this weary servant. Touch the body and ease the pain of the tooth, lay Thy healing hand upon the mother, and let Thy presence be felt in hospital ward and in the home. Remember the wrongs suffered at work, and in Thy perfect justice and mercy bring forth righteousness. Keep this Thy child from a vengeful spirit, give grace to forgive and strength to endure, and in Thy time provide a door to labour that is healthful and honourable. Let all be for Thy glory and for good, through Jesus Christ our Lord, whose blood cleanses from all sin and in whom alone is salvation. Amen.
