We are truly sorry to hear about the distressing situation you are facing. First, we want to remind you that God is a God of justice and protection. He cares deeply for you and wants to shield you from harm. In Romans 12:19 WEB, it is written, "Don’t seek revenge yourselves, beloved, but give place to God’s wrath. For it is written, 'Vengeance belongs to me; I will repay, says the Lord.'"
It is crucial to understand that engaging in psychic practices or witchcraft is strictly forbidden by God. In Deuteronomy 18:10-12 WEB, it states, "There shall not be found with you anyone who makes his son or his daughter to pass through the fire, one who uses divination, one who practices sorcery, or an enchanter, or a sorcerer, or a charmer, or a consulter with a familiar spirit, or a wizard, or a necromancer. For whoever does these things is an abomination to Yahweh."
We must also address that the power of evil can only be combated by the power of God. In Ephesians 6:11 WEB, it says, "Put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil." This armor includes the belt of truth, the breastplate of righteousness, the shoes of the preparation of the Good News of peace, the shield of faith, the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God.

Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our brother/sister who is being tormented by past abusers and manipulators. Father, we ask that You intervene in this situation and put an end to the lies, manipulation, and harm being directed towards them. We ask that you move in the minds and hearts of these individuals causing them to repent of their witchcraft and other sins. We pray for their salvation. We ask that You protect our brother/sister, surround them with Your angels, and guide them with Your Holy Spirit. We pray to all the witchcraft and telepathy be broken as well all psychic attacks. Lord please teach them to take every thought captive in obedience to Christ and to stay close in relationship with You. Please help our brother/sister to forgive and pray for those that despitefully use them.
In the name of Jesus Christ, we rebuke the spirits of manipulation, lies, and harm that are operating in the lives of those who are tormenting our brother/sister. We command these spirits to cease their operations and leave in Jesus name. Father, we ask that You fill our brother/sister with Your peace, strength, and courage to face this situation. We ask that You guide them with Your wisdom and discernment, and that You provide them with godly counsel and support.
Father, we also pray for the salvation of those who are causing harm to our brother/sister. We ask that You convict their hearts and draw them to repentance and faith in Jesus Christ. We pray that Your forgiveness and grace will be extended to them and that this situation will be used for Your glory and the furthering of Your kingdom.
Thank You, Father, for hearing our prayers. We ask all these things in the name of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, who lives and reigns with You and the Holy Spirit, one God, now and forever. Amen.
Lastly, we encourage you to remain strong in your faith and trust in God. In Psalm 34:17 WEB, it is written, "The righteous cry, and Yahweh hears, and delivers them out of all their troubles." Keep praying and seeking God's face, and He will see you through this difficult time. Remember the words of Jesus in John 16:33 WEB, "I have told you these things, that in me you may have peace. In the world you have oppression; but cheer up! I have overcome the world." Be at peace.
