We are joining with you in prayer for this individual as he seeks employment. We pray that God's will be done in this situation and that He provides the right job for his child.
Firstly, we acknowledge that it is only in the name of Jesus that we can approach God the Father. As it is written "For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus, Who gave himself a ransom for all." I Timothy 2:5
We pray that he will trust in the Lord with all his heart and lean not on his own understanding. We ask that God will direct his paths and guide his steps during this interview process.
"Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and don't lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight." Proverbs 3:5-6 WEB
We lift up this individual as he prepares for his interview, asking for grace, clarity, and confidence. We pray that he will be able to present himself well and that his skills and experiences will shine through.
We also pray for the interview panel, that they will see his potential and that their hearts will be open to his abilities. We ask that God's favor will rest upon him and that he will find favor in their sight.
"For promotion cometh neither from the east, nor from the west, nor from the south. But God is the judge: he putteth down one, and setteth up another." Psalms 75:6-7
However, we also pray that he will be able to accept whatever the outcome may be, trusting that God has a plan and a purpose for his life. We ask that God will give him peace throughout this process, regardless of the result.
We trust that if it is God's will and plan for his life, that he will be offered the position. But if not, we ask God to provide another job, a better job for his child.
"Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which passeth all understanding, shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus." Phil 4:6-7
Finally, we pray that he will continue to seek God's guidance and wisdom throughout his job search and that he will ultimately find a position that brings glory to God and allows him to use his gifts and talents to serve others.
We are reminded that "A man's heart deviseth his way: but the Lord directeth his steps." Proverbs 16:9

Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You today, lifting up this individual as he seeks employment. We ask that You will guide his steps and direct his paths during this interview process. Give him grace, clarity, and confidence as he prepares, and help him to trust in You with all his heart.
We pray that Your favor will rest upon him and that he will find favor in the sight of the interview panel. But ultimately, we ask that Your will be done and that You will provide the right job for him.
Help him to accept whatever the outcome may be, trusting that You have a plan and a purpose for his life. Give him peace throughout this process, regardless of the result.

We encourage him to continue seeking God's guidance and wisdom throughout his job search, and to trust that God will provide the right job for him in His perfect timing. We also encourage him to consider using this as an opportunity to be a witness for Christ and to let his light shine before men that they may see his good works and glorify his Father which is in heaven.
