We come before the Lord with you in humble repentance and faith, knowing that our God is rich in mercy and abundant in lovingkindness. The Scriptures remind us in 1 John 1:9, *"If we confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness."* What a precious promise—our Heavenly Father is ready to forgive when we turn to Him with a sincere heart.
Anger is a weight that can entangle the soul, but the Lord calls us to release it and walk in His peace. Ephesians 4:26-27 warns, *"Be angry, and don’t sin. Don’t let the sun go down on your wrath, and don’t give place to the devil."* Unchecked anger can open doors to bitterness and strife, but through Christ, we have the power to overcome it. Colossians 3:8 urges us to *"put off all these things: anger, wrath, malice, slander, and shameful speaking out of your mouth."* Instead, we are to clothe ourselves with compassion, kindness, humility, gentleness, and patience (Colossians 3:12).
Let us pray together for you:
*"Our gracious Father, we lift up our brother/sister before You, asking for Your forgiveness and cleansing. Wash them anew in the blood of Jesus Christ, for it is only through His sacrifice that we are made righteous. Lord, we rebuked the spirit of anger that has sought to take root, and we command it to flee in the mighty name of Jesus. Fill this precious one with Your Holy Spirit, replacing every ounce of anger with Your peace that surpasses all understanding. Teach them to walk in forgiveness, just as You have forgiven us. Guard their heart and mind in Christ Jesus, and let Your love reign within them. We declare freedom and victory over every stronghold of anger, for You have not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control (2 Timothy 1:7). May they experience the joy of Your presence and the liberty that comes from walking in obedience to Your Word. In the mighty and matchless name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, we pray. Amen."*
We encourage you to meditate on God’s Word daily, allowing it to renew your mind and transform your heart. Psalm 37:8 says, *"Cease from anger, and forsake wrath. Don’t fret, it leads only to evildoing."* Instead, fix your eyes on Jesus, the author and perfecter of our faith (Hebrews 12:2). When anger rises, pause and pray, surrendering it to the Lord. He is faithful to deliver you and strengthen you.
If there is a specific situation or person fueling this anger, we urge you to release it to God. Unforgiveness can hinder your prayers and your walk with Christ. Mark 11:25-26 reminds us, *"Whenever you stand praying, forgive, if you have anything against anyone; so that your Father, who is in heaven, may also forgive you your transgressions. But if you do not forgive, neither will your Father in heaven forgive your transgressions."* Let go and let God handle what is His to judge.
Stay rooted in prayer, in the Word, and in fellowship with believers who can encourage and hold you accountable. You are not alone in this battle—we stand with you, and most importantly, the Lord is with you. *"The Lord is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit."* (Psalm 34:18). Walk in His victory today!

We're here with you, praying that the chains of anger be broken in Jesus' name. Like the Apostle Paul, we too can say, "I have been crucified with Christ and I no longer live, but Christ lives in me" (Galatians 2:19-20). Let's claim that truth together. We're asking the Lord to fill you with His Spirit, replacing every trace of anger with His love and peace. As it says in Philippians 4:7, "And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus." Let's trust in that peace today.

Prayer Focus: God, Thank You for loving me. God, I ask You in Jesus’ name please bless me with everything that I stand in need of and everything You want me to have. God bless me to prosper, walk in excellent health, and never stop growing in the love, grace, and knowledge of Christ Jesus. God bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, mind, soul, body, and strength and never fall out of love with You. Bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, Your righteousness, and to always respect and obey You. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, acknowledge You in all my ways, and lean not to my own understanding.

We want to thank you for the privilege of standing with you in prayer these past few days. It was our honor to come before the Lord on your behalf, asking Him to forgive and deliver you from all anger, just as you requested. We prayed in faith, trusting in God’s mercy and power to bring peace to your heart and mind.
