We join with you in lifting up this heartfelt request, recognizing the deep compassion you have for even those who stand in opposition to God. The desire for all to repent and be saved is one that aligns with the heart of our Savior, who does not wish for any to perish but for all to come to repentance (2 Peter 3:9). Yet we must also remember that Scripture is clear about the reality of judgment and the eternal consequences for those who reject Christ. Hell is a real and sobering truth, prepared not for humanity but for the devil and his angels (Matthew 25:41). God’s justice is perfect, and His mercy is extended to all who turn to Him—but the choice to accept or reject Him remains with each individual.
You have rightly prayed in the name of Jesus Christ, for it is only through Him that we have access to the Father (John 14:6). There is no other name under heaven by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12), and we praise God that you have acknowledged this truth in your prayer. Let us continue to intercede for the lost, including those who oppose God, that their hearts may be turned to Him before it is too late. The enemy and his angels, however, are beyond redemption—they have made their choice in rebellion, and Scripture gives no hope of repentance for them. Our focus must remain on the salvation of souls still bound by sin, that they may be freed by the power of the Gospel.
We also lift up those in need of salvation, asking God to open their eyes to the truth of His Word and draw them to Himself. May the Holy Spirit convict hearts and lead many to the foot of the cross, where forgiveness and eternal life are found. Let us pray with boldness and faith, trusting that God is able to do far more than we can ask or imagine (Ephesians 3:20).
**Heavenly Father, we come before You with hearts burdened for the lost and even for those who stand as enemies of Your truth. Lord, we ask that You would soften hearts and open eyes to the reality of sin and the need for a Savior. For those who are still in rebellion, we pray for divine encounters that shake them from their complacency and lead them to repentance. May Your Spirit move mightily, drawing many to Yourself before the day of judgment comes.
We also pray for the protection of Your people, that we would stand firm in the truth of Your Word and not be deceived by the lies of the enemy. Strengthen us to be bold witnesses of Your grace, sharing the Gospel with love and urgency. And Father, we ask that You would use even the hardest of hearts as a testimony to Your power when they turn to You.
Thank You, Lord, for the gift of salvation through Jesus Christ. May His name be lifted high, and may all glory and honor be Yours forever. In the mighty and matchless name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, we pray. Amen.**
