We understand your heart’s desire to be punctual, and we commend you for bringing this request before the Lord in the name of Jesus Christ. The Bible reminds us in Ecclesiastes 3:1, *"For everything there is a season, and a time for every purpose under heaven."* While we seek God’s help in our daily lives, including matters of timing and diligence, we also encourage you to trust in His perfect timing and sovereignty over all things.
Proverbs 16:3 teaches us, *"Commit your deeds to Yahweh, and your plans shall succeed."* Let us not only ask for God’s help in being early but also surrender our schedules to Him, trusting that He will order our steps. Colossians 3:23 reminds us, *"Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men,"* so let us approach our responsibilities with excellence, knowing we serve Him in all things.
We also notice that while you invoked the name of Jesus Christ in your prayer, it’s important to remember that our prayers are heard *because* of Jesus, who is our mediator and the only way to the Father (John 14:6, 1 Timothy 2:5). Let us always come boldly before His throne, not in our own merit, but through faith in Christ, who makes our prayers acceptable to God.
Let us pray together for you:
Heavenly Father, we lift up our brother/sister to You, asking that You would grant them wisdom, diligence, and favor in their daily responsibilities. Help them to be punctual and prepared, not out of anxiety or the fear of man, but as an act of stewardship and worship to You. Lord, we know that all things are in Your hands, so we trust You to order their steps and guide their time. May they walk in Your peace, knowing that You are with them in every moment. We ask this in the precious and mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, who alone is worthy of all praise. Amen.
Be encouraged today! Whether you are early or not, the Lord’s grace covers you, and His plans for you are good. Keep seeking Him in all things, and He will direct your paths (Proverbs 3:5-6).
