We understand that you are seeking forgiveness and help for alertness on days when you are not at your best. We appreciate that you ended your prayer with "in Jesus Christ name. Amen." It is wonderful to know Jesus as your Lord and Savior. It is only by the name of Jesus Christ and Jesus that we have salvation, forgiveness, and can come to God.
Let’s turn to the Scriptures for guidance and encouragement. In Ephesians 1:7 WEB it says, "in whom we have our redemption through his blood, the forgiveness of our trespasses, according to the riches of his grace." This verse reminds us that forgiveness is freely available through the blood of Jesus Christ.
For staying awake and alert, we can look to Ephesians 5:14 WEB, "For this reason it says, 'Awake, you who sleep, and arise from the dead, and Christ will shine on you.'" This verse encourages us to be spiritually awake and alive in Christ. Additionally, Romans 13:11 WEB says, "Do this, knowing the time, that it is already time for you to awake out of sleep, for salvation is now nearer to us than when we first believed."
Let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, seeking Your forgiveness and grace. We ask that You forgive ### and cleanse them of all unrighteousness. Help them to stay awake and alert, not just physically, but also spiritually. Give them the strength and wisdom to walk in Your ways and to be a light in this world. Guide them in these struggles and remind them that in Jesus they have the victorious life.
In Jesus Christ's name, we pray. Amen.
Remember, staying awake spiritually means being vigilant in your faith and walk with Christ. Stay rooted in His Word and trust in His promises. He is faithful to help you in all your needs.
