We understand that you're seeking deliverance from past thoughts and influences, specifically regarding certain people. We appreciate you mentioning Jesus Christ and using His name, because it is only in His name that we have access to the Father, and it is only in His name that we are saved. First, let's turn to the scriptures for guidance.
In Philippians 4:8 WEB it says "Finally, brothers, whatever things are true, whatever things are honest, whatever things are just, whatever things are pure, whatever things are lovely, whatever things are of good report; if there is any virtue, and if there is any praise, think on these things." This is a clear guide on where our minds should focus.
Now, let us pray together.
Almighty Father, we come before you in the name of Jesus Christ to lift up our fellow believer who is struggling with thoughts of their past and certain people. Lord, we ask that you deliver them from these intrusive thoughts and fill their mind with things that are true, honest, just, pure, lovely, and of good report, as your Word instructs us.
We also ask for your Holy Spirit to work in their heart, healing any emotional wounds or attachments that may be keeping them bound to these thoughts.
Help them to fix their thoughts on you and your goodness, so that they may be transformed by the renewing of their mind, as Romans 12:2 WEB tells us "Don't be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, so that you may prove what is the good, well-pleasing, and perfect will of God."
If there are any unresolved issues or unforgiveness towards these people, we also ask for your grace to help them forgive and let go, remembering that you have forgiven us for much more. Ephesians 4:31 says "Let all bitterness, wrath, anger, outcry, and slander, be put away from you, with all malice."
If these thoughts are related to a past relationship that does not align with biblical principles, we pray for a clear understanding of your will for relationships. We ask for your help to make decisions that do not dishonor the marriage bed, living in holiness and honor. We are specifically reminded in Hebrews 13:4 WEB to: "Let marriage be held in honor among all, and let the bed be undefiled: but God will judge the sexually immoral and adulterers."
We pray this all in the precious name of Jesus Christ, who has set us free indeed. Amen.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise.
