We have heard your request and we stand with you in prayer concerning these disturbing memories and threats. What you have described, the submerging and drowning of your clothes, the collecting of herbs for new age purposes, rabbit rituals and spoken death curses, are works of witchcraft and sorcery, and we want you to know that these things have no power over one who belongs to Jesus Christ. Scripture is very clear about this.
There shall not be found with you anyone who makes his son or his daughter to pass through the fire, one who uses divination, one who practices sorcery, or an enchanter, or a sorcerer, or a charmer, or a consulter with a familiar spirit, or a wizard, or a necromancer. For whoever does these things is an abomination to Yahweh. Deut 18:10-12. The works of the flesh include sorcery and such things, and those who practice such things will not inherit the Kingdom of God. Gal 5:19-21.
We rebuke all of these practices in the name of Jesus Christ. They are darkness and deception, and they come from the enemy, not from God. We also rebuke the spirit of fear that these threats have tried to place on you. For God didn't give us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control. 2 Tim 1:7.
We want to remind you that we noticed your request did not mention the name of Jesus Christ, and we must speak plainly about this because it is so important. There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved. Acts 4:12. Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me. John 14:6. It is only through Jesus that we have access to God and authority over every curse and every work of darkness. If you have not already, we encourage you to put your complete faith and trust in Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior, believing that He died for your sins and rose again, and to call upon His name alone for salvation and protection.
We stand on the promises of God for your protection. We know that greater is he who is in you than he who is in the world. 1 John 4:4. No weapon that is formed against you will prevail. Isa 54:17. He who dwells in the secret place of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty. Psalm 91:1. For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against the principalities, the powers, against the world's rulers of the darkness of this age, and against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places. Eph 6:12. Therefore we encourage you to put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil. Eph 6:11.
We pray together for you.
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ and we lift up this daughter to You. We thank You that she is remembering these things not to be tormented, but to bring them into Your light to be broken. We ask You to cover her with the blood of Jesus. We renounce and break in Jesus name every ritual, every curse, every word of death spoken over her and over the godly man who was interested in pursuing her for marriage. We declare that no curse has authority over her because Christ has redeemed us from the curse. We pray that every effect of that drowned clothing and every object used against her is rendered powerless and nullified by the cross. We command every spirit of witchcraft, fear, and intimidation to leave her and to flee, for we are subject to You, God, and we resist the devil, and he will flee from us. James 4:7. Fill her with Your perfect peace, Your power and love and self-control. Surround her home and her future marriage with Your angels and let no evil come near her dwelling. Lead her to walk closely with You in Your Word, in prayer, and in fellowship with strong believers who can support her, and keep her far from any new age or occult influence. We ask that You heal her memories, remove all fear, and give her deep assurance that she is safe in Your hands and that nothing can separate her from Your love. We pray for a godly spouse and a marriage that honors You if it is Your will, and we ask You to guard that future relationship from any attack. We ask all of this in the name of Jesus Christ, our only Savior and protector, Amen.
We encourage you to remain steadfast in prayer and in the Word daily, to speak the name of Jesus aloud over yourself and your home, and to have no further contact with this man or his mother and their practices. Do not fear their threats. The Lord is your refuge. If you still have clothing or objects that were used in these rituals and they trouble your conscience, pray over them and consider discarding them as the Lord leads, so that nothing remains as a point of fear. Seek counsel from a trusted pastor for continued prayer and deliverance. God loves you and He is far greater than any ritual done in darkness.
