Hello everyone, I hope everyone is still standing strong in faith. I know I am, and trust me, it is not easy. The devil tries to attack many times in hopes we will give up; however, I found a verse that stops him in his tracks. James 4:7Submit yourselves therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you. It doesn't erase your memory of the attack, but if you resist his advances upon you, he stops. We are blessed that our enemy has very little patience, and when he sees something is not working, he quickly runs away.
Any way, this post is not about that; I just felt the need to say something about it. Here is the real post.
Last week, as I was doing my nightly prayer with some praise and worship, I saw something amazing. Now, I have had flashes of visions and small signs before, but this vision I had was so clear it was like I was watching a movie in super high def. Never before have I seen something so clear; I was just amazed. I really felt like I was right there watching and hearing what was going on. What was the vision, you ask? Well, it is fair to ask, and since I am writing about it, I should share it with you guys.
I saw God stand up from His throne, and He was beautiful. He looked just like you would picture Him. White hair somewhat long, a long straight white beard, in a white robe. Now, the cool thing is he was olive-skinned and was glowing gold; however, He was not made of gold but was shining like he was. I am sure it isn't exactly how He looks, but I believe He showed up in a way I would recognize Him. The one thing that I felt when I saw Him, besides love, was authority, like this man is in charge.
Now, as He stood up there was a fire in His eyes, and He was angry. He looked across into a desert that had a camp which looked like a military camp from biblical days. In that camp were shadows of figures which I quickly felt were demons just getting back from a raid or something. Then God's voice echoed like thunder in the air. The power and authority in His voice were enough to bring a thousand men to their knees. His voice echoed out "ENOUGH!"
The demons in the camp looked at Him and said "okay," then they started packing their things and getting ready to retreat back to where they came from. Their actions looked like this wasn't the first time God said stop, and their actions reminded me of a 2-year-old who just got caught with their hand in the cookie jar. They listened to God and started to leave, then God spoke again even louder than before "NO, I SAID ENOUGH."
And at that moment on the horizon was an infinite amount of horsemen charging into the camp at full speed. The demons went into a panic, and there was confusion in the camp. They were running into each other and dropping things. They were surprised, almost like they were saying "this has never happened before; normally, God says enough, we stop, then go back to hell, regroup, and attack somewhere new." There was fear among them; they knew they were going to be killed. When the horsemen rushed in, dust filled the air, and fire rained down from heaven like meteors crashing into the earth. I couldn't see the battle because of the dust, but the screams coming out of that camp were obvious final screams.
Then the dust settled, and horsemen were gone. All that I could see was broken shields, shattered swords, and nothing was left standing. The only thing I remember seeing standing was a tree that was not there when the battle started. It was a lone tree in the desert standing strong in the dirt. A peace filled the air, a quietness roamed the land in a joyful way. It was as if the land heard God's voice and was basking in the echo of His glory.
Well, that was what I saw. I haven't figured out what all of it means, but I like to think God is telling the enemy to leave marriages alone or be destroyed.
I hope this helps someone. Thank you, and God bless.
