A Special Prayer For Courage

Heavenly Father, Almighty and Everlasting, Alpha and Omega, King of kings and Lord of lords, have mercy upon us, Christ have mercy upon us, Lord have mercy upon us. I come before Your throne of salvation O Creator, Redeemer, Sanctifier, Triune Lord, I am You be with me this very important day. I ask Your protection upon me and all who pray in Christ's holy name. May all I do and all I say be to glorify You alone O Lord. Lord I pray a prayer of braveness given to Joshua. "Have I not commanded thee? Be strong and of good courage; be not afraid, neither thou dismayed: for the Lord thy God is with thee whither soever thou goest." Joshua 1:9

Lord make me brave. Christ be with me. In Christ Jesus I pray. Amen.
