A sincere request to pray for my well being

I strongly believe that God's power is great and He can do miracles. I know that my prayer will be listened to. I have trust in Lord. Please pray for me for the following problems faced by me. I am a female aged ### years old having the responsibility to look after my old aged mother. As I can't look after my mother alone I called my brother, his wife and their 3 children to stay in our house so that mother will feel good. The problem with my brother is he doesn't allow to keep a domestic help. He always removes the maid and says he doesn't want maid. His wife doesn't do house chores everyday. All the workload of cleaning, cooking, washing has fallen on me. I can't spare time for my own well being as I am loaded with heavy house work. As I am aging my body cannot cope up with the laborious physical work. My physical health is suffering. Please pray for me so that brother's mind changes and he gives permission to engage a domestic help. Thank you.

We are here to lift you up in prayer and to encourage you in this challenging situation. Firstly, we commend your faith in God's power and your trust in Him. It is wonderful to hear that you believe in the power of prayer and that you believe only God can make a difference in your life. It is very important to know that we only approach God through the name of Jesus. It is only by the name of Jesus that we can be saved. If you have not already, please read Acts 4:12.

The situation you are facing with your brother and his family is indeed difficult, and we want to address it with you in prayer and by examining what the Bible has to say about your circumstances. The Bible tells us that we should "Bear one another's burdens, and so fulfill the law of Christ" (Galatians 6:2 WEB). Caring for your elderly mother is a noble and godly responsibility, and it is unfortunate that your brother and his wife are not sharing this burden with you equally. Let's pray to God Almighty for wisdom and strength for your family.

Let's also remember what the Bible says about work and fairness: "For even when we were with you, we commanded you this: 'If anyone will not work, neither let him eat'" (2 Thessalonians 3:10 WEB).

When we think of family, we should show zero tolerance for laziness and we should encourage productivity. It is not fair that you are carrying the burden of household chores alone, and it is not biblical for your brother and his wife to allow this to happen or to refuse help from domestic workers from a perspective of fairness and work ethic.

Let's pray together:

Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up our sister who is carrying a heavy burden. We pray for Your intervention in her situation. We ask that You soften her brother's heart and change his mind about hiring domestic help. We pray that You would convict him and his wife of their responsibility to share in the household chores and in caring for their mother. We pray that all of the family would humbly submit to God and one another and would walk in love and service toward each other.
We pray for Your healing touch on our sister's body, that You would strengthen her and renew her physically, emotionally, and spiritually. We pray that You would make a way where there seems to be no way, and that You would provide the help and support that she needs.
Lord, we also pray for her brother and his wife, that they would come to a saving knowledge of Jesus Christ if they do not know Him already. We pray that they would be filled with the Spirit of God and would walk in the love of Christ.
We ask all this in the powerful name of Jesus Christ, our Lord, and Savior. Amen.

Please remember that God is faithful, and He cares about every detail of your life. Be honest with your family about your needs and feelings and continue to trust in the Lord. We will continue to pray for you and your family.

We've been thinking about that verse in Matthew 11:28-29, "Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls." Jesus is inviting you to come to Him, to rest in Him. He knows the burden you're carrying, and He wants to help you bear it.

Let's also remember Philippians 4:6-7, "Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus." We encourage you to keep praying, to keep bringing your concerns to God. He's listening, and He's at work.

We'll keep praying with you, sister. We ask that God would soften your brother's heart, that He would open his eyes to see the burden you're carrying, and that He would help him to step up and share the load. We pray that God would give you strength and peace, that He would heal your body, and that He would fill you with His love and joy.

We're here for you, and we're praying for you. Keep trusting in the Lord, and remember, He's got this.

God heal me in every area of my life. Deliver and cleanse me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God solution focused heart, mind, spirit, and attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul.
