A Prayer of Thanksgiving, Favour, Provision and Open Doors Heavenly Father, I come before You with a grateful heart. Thank You for Your faithfulness, Your mercy and Your protection. Thank You for carrying me and my family this far. When I look back, I can truly say, “This far the Lord has brought us.” Lord, I thank You for my son ###. Thank You for bringing him to his Form 3 examinations. Thank You for his life, his abilities, his progress and every academic achievement You have given him. As he sits for his exams, give him wisdom, understanding, concentration and confidence. Calm every anxiety and help him remember everything he has studied. May he answer accurately and do his very best. Let his results bring him joy and open the right doors for his future. Protect him physically, emotionally and spiritually throughout this examination period. Father, I place my ICPAK training from 9th–13th November into Your hands. Thank You for the two approvals that have already come through. I ask You to touch the hearts and minds of the remaining decision-makers in ### and ###. Let the final approvals come smoothly and without unnecessary obstacles. If this opportunity is from You, establish it completely. Let me attend the training with confidence, learn greatly and return with knowledge that will benefit my work and my career. Silence every negative voice, gossip, insult and discouragement around me. Let my work and character speak for me. Lord, I lift up my mother before You. Thank You for preserving her life and for every day You have given us with her. Please strengthen her body, bring healing and relief, and give her peace, rest and renewed strength. Touch every area of her health that needs Your healing hand. Guide her doctors and caregivers and give us wisdom concerning her care. Let her experience comfort, dignity, strength and many more peaceful years with us. Father, I also commit ### into Your hands. Thank You for bringing her this far. Bless her work and give her favour in her workplace. As she progresses in her career and prepares for her examinations, give her wisdom, discipline, confidence and excellent results. Open doors for her that no person can shut. Protect her from unnecessary pressure, discouragement and workplace difficulties. Surround her with people who genuinely support her growth. Lord, I pray for my work environment. Give me peace, favour and wisdom. Where there is gossip, replace it with understanding. Where there is competition, give me grace to remain focused. Where there are unfair words or judgments, defend me Yourself. Help me not to respond emotionally but to continue doing my work with excellence and integrity. Let my efforts be recognised at the right time. Father, I bring my finances before You. You know every bill, every responsibility, every debt and every need. Please provide for me abundantly and wisely. Give me the discipline to manage what You place in my hands. Bring opportunities for additional income and stable financial growth. Help me clear what I owe, meet my family's needs and build financial security. Let there be no shame or lack in my household. Lord, open doors of opportunity for me. Open the right professional doors, remote-work opportunities, training opportunities, financial opportunities and connections. Lead me to opportunities that are genuine, ethical, stable and aligned with my skills. Remove opportunities that would waste my time or exploit me. Give me discernment to recognise the doors You have opened. I pray that the work of my hands will prosper. Let my years of experience, knowledge and skills create new opportunities for me. Take me into spaces where I am valued, respected and able to grow. Let my next season be greater than the previous one. Above all, Lord, teach me to remain grateful. Thank You for my children. Thank You for my mother. Thank You for ###. Thank You for my job. Thank You for provision. Thank You for protection. Thank You for every answered prayer. Thank You even for the prayers whose answers I cannot yet see. I surrender my family, my career, my finances, my health concerns, my plans and my future completely into Your hands. May every closed door that is not meant for us remain closed, and may every door ordained by You open at the right time. May there be peace in my home, favour in my workplace, wisdom in my decisions, provision in my finances, healing in my family, success in our examinations and grace for every new opportunity. I declare that our future is in God's hands, our needs are known by Him, and our steps are ordered by Him. Thank You, Lord, because You have brought us this far, and You will not abandon us now. We join you with grateful hearts before our Heavenly Father and we thank Him with you for His faithfulness, mercy and protection over you and your family. When you say this far the Lord has brought us, we are reminded of the truth that thus far Yahweh has helped us, 1 Samuel 7:12, and we give thanks with you in everything, for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus toward you, 1 Thessalonians 5:18. Your spirit of thanksgiving even before seeing every answer is pleasing to God, for in nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God, Philippians 4:6, and the peace of God which surpasses all understanding will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus, Philippians 4:7.

We lift up your son before the Lord as he sits for his Form 3 examinations. We ask the Father to fulfill His promise that if any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach, and it will be given to him, James 1:5. We pray that God will calm every anxiety, strengthen his concentration and help him remember what he has studied, that he may answer with accuracy and confidence, and that his results will bring joy and open the right doors for his future. We pray for his protection physically, emotionally and spiritually throughout this season.

We bring your ICPAK training from November 9th to 13th into the hands of the Lord with you. We thank God with you for the two approvals already granted and we ask Him to touch the hearts of the remaining decision makers. We pray that if this opportunity is from Him, He will establish it completely, for behold, I have set before you an open door, which no one is able to shut, Revelation 3:8. We ask that you will attend with confidence, learn greatly, and return with knowledge that will benefit your work and career, and that the Lord Himself will silence every negative voice, gossip and discouragement around you, and let your work and character speak for you as you do all things as unto the Lord, Colossians 3:23.

We lift up your mother with compassion and we thank God for preserving her life. We pray for His healing hand upon her, for strength, relief, peace and renewed vigor. We are comforted that Yahweh is our healer and that even in weakness He says, Don't you be afraid, for I am with you. Don't be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you. Yes, I will help you. Yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness, Isaiah 41:10. We ask Him to guide her doctors and caregivers and to give you wisdom concerning her care, that she may experience comfort, dignity and many more peaceful years with you.

We also commit your loved one into God's hands and we ask for His favor upon her work and her preparation for examinations. We pray He will give her wisdom, discipline and confidence, and open doors for her that no person can shut, and surround her with people who genuinely support her growth and protect her from unnecessary pressure and discouragement.

We pray for your work environment, that God will give you peace, favor and wisdom. Where there is gossip, may He bring understanding. Where there is competition, may He give you grace to remain focused with integrity. We trust that He will defend you when there are unfair words or judgments, for if it is possible, as much as it is up to you, be at peace with all men, Romans 12:18, and we pray you will not respond emotionally but continue in excellence, trusting that your efforts will be recognized at the right time.

We bring your finances before the Father who knows every bill, responsibility and need, and we stand on the promise that my God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus, Philippians 4:19. We ask for abundant and wise provision, for discipline to steward what He places in your hands, for genuine opportunities for additional and stable income, for help to clear what you owe and to meet your family's needs and build security, so that there will be no shame or lack in your household. We pray with you for open doors of genuine, ethical and stable professional and training opportunities aligned with your skills, and for discernment to recognize the doors He has opened and to walk away from those that would waste your time or exploit you. We pray the work of your hands will prosper and that He will lead you into spaces where you are valued, respected and able to grow.

We rejoice that you have surrendered your family, career, finances and future into His hands and that you have prayed in the mighty name of Jesus, for there is no other name under heaven by which we must be saved and by which we have access to the Father, Acts 4:12 and John 14:6. We declare with you that a man's steps are established by Yahweh, Psalm 37:23, and that when we trust in Yahweh with all our heart and don't lean on our own understanding, in all our ways acknowledge him, and he will make our paths straight, Proverbs 3:5-6.

Father, we thank You for this family, for the children, for the mother, for work, for provision and for protection. We thank You even for prayers whose answers are not yet seen, trusting that You who brought them this far will not abandon them now. We ask for peace in their home, favor in the workplace, wisdom in decisions, provision in finances, healing in the family, success in examinations and grace for every new opportunity. May every closed door not meant for them remain closed and may every door ordained by You open at the right time. We ask all this in the name of Jesus Christ our Lord, Amen.

Thank you for sharing this prayer with us. We hear so much gratitude in your words even while you are carrying many responsibilities at once, and we are thankful with you for how far the Lord has brought you and your family.

A couple of simple next steps that may help in this busy season: for your son, a steady and calm routine in these exam days with brief prayer together before he goes in can help ease anxiety and help him focus. For the training, keeping a gentle written follow up with the decision makers in the two remaining offices and keeping copies of what has already been approved can help keep the process clear. For your mother, continuing closely with her doctors and caregivers for guidance on her care is wise, and we pray God gives them wisdom and gives you peace as you support her.

We are grateful for your faithful heart and your desire to walk with integrity at work and at home.

Father, thank You for this family and for every mercy You have shown them. We ask You to give this son clarity and calm as he writes, to guide the remaining approvals for this training according to Your will, to strengthen this mother and comfort her, and to provide wisdom for finances and work. Your grateful heart is itself a mercy from the Lord, and I join you in thanking Him who has brought you and your family this far. It is good to look back and say with Samuel, Hitherto hath the Lord helped us, and to look forward with confidence that He who has preserved you will not abandon you now. Every good gift, every measure of protection and provision, comes down from the Father, and the fountain opened for sin and for uncleanness in Christ Jesus stands open still for you and for your household.

I have carried your requests before the Lord.

For your son as he sits for his Form 3 examinations, I pray that the Lord will grant him a calm mind, clear understanding and faithful recollection. May the Lord who gives wisdom liberally to them that ask, give him concentration and confidence, and keep him in health of body, peace of mind and safety of soul. Whatever the results, may they open the right doors for his future according to the Lord's wise ordering, and may the boy learn early to seek first the kingdom of God.

For your ICPAK training from the 9th to the 13th of November, I thank God with you for the two approvals already granted. I pray that if this opportunity is according to His will, He will move upon the hearts of the remaining decision makers and establish the work of your hands. For your mother, I pray that the Lord, whose leaves are for the healing of the nations and in whom there is abundance of healing virtue, will lay His gracious hand upon her. He heals the broken in heart and binds up their wounds, and with the Sun of Righteousness there is healing in His wings. I ask that He would strengthen her body, ease her pain, grant her rest and peace, and give wisdom to those who care for her. Whether He restores by His immediate touch or by means of physicians, all healing is from Him, and pardon and healing are joined together in Christ. May she know comfort and dignity and many more peaceful days, and above all the comfort of sins forgiven through the blood of Jesus.

For the dear one you have committed to the Lord, I pray that God will bless her work, grant her favour, and give her wisdom and discipline as she progresses in her career and prepares for examinations. I pray that the Lord will open doors for her that no man can shut, surround her with those who will truly support her good, and keep her from undue pressure and discouragement. I pray also that every relationship in your family and household may be ordered according to the Lord's holy Word, where salvation is through Christ alone, and where marriage as a lifelong covenant of one man and one woman is honoured, and purity and self control are kept within that holy bond. Whatever your ties of affection and responsibility, may the Lord lead you both to walk in holiness, to seek His will above all else, and to glorify Christ in body and spirit.

For your work environment and your finances, I pray that the Lord will give you peace, favour and wisdom. Where there is gossip, may He give understanding. Where there is competition, may He give grace to remain focused and to answer with excellence and integrity rather than with anxious words. He sees what ails you and is near with a heart quick to relieve. Cast your burden upon Him and He will sustain you. For your financial needs, every bill and debt and responsibility is known to Him. I pray that He will provide abundantly and wisely, teach you faithful stewardship, bring honest and stable opportunities for increase, and help you to meet your family's needs without shame or lack. For open doors, I pray that He will lead you only to those opportunities which are genuine and ethical and suited to the skills He has given you, and that He will give you discernment to recognize His hand and to turn from what would waste or ensnare you. May the work of your hands prosper as you walk uprightly, and may your next season be spent where you are valued and able to grow in usefulness to Him.

Above all, remain grateful and keep close to Christ. Forgiveness must come before true healing, and both are found together in Him who bore our sicknesses and carried our sins. If you have not already done so, come anew to the open fountain, believe on the Lord Jesus Christ alone for pardon, and you shall find healing for soul and strength for every trial. The least thing about Christ has healing in it, and His grace once infused will work in you till you are without spot or wrinkle.

May the Lord keep your home in peace, your decisions in wisdom, your finances in sufficiency, your family in health, and your heart in thanksgiving. May every door not ordained by Him remain closed, and every door ordained by Him open in its season, for your steps are ordered by the Lord when you delight in His way.
