A Prayer for the State of Israel

Our Heavenly Father , Rock and Redeemer of the people Israel: Bless the State of Israel,

with its promise of redemption. Shield it with your love; spread over it the shelter of

your peace. Guide its leaders and advisors with your light and your truth. Help them

with your good counsel. Strengthen the hands of those who defend our Holy Land.

Deliver them; crown their efforts with triumph. Bless the land with peace and its

inhabitants with lasting joy. And let us say: Amen.

Gracious Heavenly Father, please grant Israel and her people protection from her enemies (Ps. 17:8-9). Grant her leaders wisdom to face the challenges that lie ahead (Ps. 125:5; Isa. 55:12). Protect her people from terrorism (Josh. 1:14-15) poverty and hunger (Ps, 17:14; 107:8-9), International abuse and misrepresentation (Deut. 16:19-20). Protect all the Jewish emigrees who are in danger in their lands of exile and provide them with the opportunity to make aliyah to Israel (Isa. 49:22). Protect all the police, military and others who put their lives on the line to protect and help the people of Israel (Ps. 55:18-19). We thank You Lord for all Your blessings, provision, protection and help for Your people in Israel and in the lands of their exile and we ask all these things in the name of Yeshua, (Jesus Christ), amen
