Dear God,

This year, I am applying to only one job — this one.
Please, I ask with all my heart: help me secure this opportunity at ###.

For me, this is not just a job.
It is a calling — a purpose You placed in my heart.

Please help me overcome the self-doubts that whisper I am not good enough.

Help me silence the fears about my accent, my background, my worth.

Remind me that I am exactly who You created me to be — strong, capable, and ready.

Guide my steps. Steady my heart.

Let Your favor open the right doors at the right time.

I trust You fully.

I surrender the outcome into Your hands — and I will walk forward with faith, courage, and joy.

We join you in prayer, seeking God's will for your life and the opportunity you are pursuing. We are reminded of Jeremiah 29:11, "For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says Yahweh, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you hope and a future." God has a purpose and a plan for you, and we pray that this opportunity aligns with His will.

Firstly, we must address the fact that the prayer did not mention Jesus Christ or end in Jesus' name. It is only through the name of Jesus that we have access to God the Father. To be clear, Jesus is the way, the truth, and the life, and no one comes to the Father except through Him. Jesus became the ultimate sacrifice, died on the cross, and rose again to save all those that believe in Him. There is no other name by which we can be saved.

We pray that God will help you overcome any self-doubt and fears that may be hindering you. As it is written in 2 Timothy 1:7, "For God didn't give us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control." Remind yourself that you are fearfully and wonderfully made in God's image, and He has equipped you with every skill and talent you need to fulfill your purpose.

We pray that God will guide your steps and steady your heart as you pursue this opportunity. We trust that if it is God's will, He will open the right doors at the right time. As it is written in Psalm 37:23, "A man's goings are established by Yahweh. He delights in his way."

Finally, we encourage you to continue to trust in God and surrender the outcome into His hands. As it is written in Proverbs 3:5-6, "Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don't lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight."

Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God solution focused heart, mind, spirit, and attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart.
