My Mom return back to work but seems that at the hospital their giving her a hard time because of her age. I don't think it's right anyone can work no matter their ages are. My Mom is 68 yrs old and even her they give her a hard time and even made her cry. My Mom will retire soon I don't know when, but my Mom really works hard to get ahead. Please pray that the employees treat her with respect. And for her to have enough hours to pay the things she oues.
