I have had a little boy in my life since the age of 17 days old. His name is Kyle Lane Roberts. His grandmother is threatening to take him from me. It may not be tomorrow, but I have that threat hanging over my head. The biological mom has given me temporary custody. I would absolutely die if he were taken from me. I plan to file custody/guardianship papers in December because I will have the money for the filing fee. Please pray that I am successful in retaining physical custody of this wonderful little boy. He is thriving under my care and it would also be devastating to him if he were uprooted. He is sadden by his grandmothers actions. She is 71 yrs. old and cannot walk. The daughter that she lives with has to use a breathalizer to operate her car. TThis is not a place he needs to be.
