As Christians, we are called and commanded to pray for our leaders. I urge, then, first of all, that petitions, prayers, intercession, and thanksgiving be made for all people— for kings and all those in authority, that we may live peaceful and quiet lives in all godliness and holiness (1 Timothy 2:1-1).
Congressman ### said, “The right to vote is precious, almost sacred. It is the most powerful nonviolent tool or instrument in a democratic society. We must use it.” The American people used that tool to speak their hearts. The election is over. And ### and ### won. It is time for our Nation to start healing.
Prayer Focus
God, we ask You in Jesus’ name to please let there be a peaceful transition of power for President-Elect ### and Vice President-Elect ###. Bless them both to excel in excellence in their new leadership positions for the glory of God and the betterment of America. God help and strengthen each of them. God instruct, counsel, and teach them in the way You want them to go. God lead through them and give them both the skill set and professionalism to lead this Nation. Let them both walk in the wisdom and integrity of Christ Jesus. Help them to always be respectful and honest with our Nation.
God cause and help ###, ###, the Senators, House of Representatives, Governors, and Mayors to work together for the betterment of our Nation and the safety and welfare of the American people. Send them the help that they will need to lead this Nation to success in all areas. Help them get Covid-19 under control and destroyed. Use and help them to help our Nation economically, and help this Nation to heal. God, help them help America.
God cover ### and ###. Cove, bless, and protect them in Your love. Cover them in the prayers of the righteous 24-7. God rebuke every word curse spoken or thought, and every plot of destruction against each of them. Keep them each healthy, safe, strong, and of a sound mind. Give Your angels orders to protect and keep them and their families safe from Covid-19, all sicknesses, all evil, hurt, harm, danger, the plans of their enemies, and the plans of the enemy of their soul. God whenever anyone, for any reason, tries to do harm against ###, ###, the American people, or our Nation, uncover and expose them, destroy their plans, and let those plans blow up and backfire in all their faces. God protect Your people and chastise all those who are doing wrong against Your people. God forever honor this prayer over President-Elect ###, Vice President-Elect ###, the American people, and our Nation. Amen, so be it by faith, and by faith, it is so. Thank You Jesus.
