A Poem : For Me!

​

For me!

Jesus allowed me
to spit on Him,
hit His head
with a stick.

I whipped Him
with a leaded scourge
- with all me power
- and enjoyed it.

I made a crown
of thorns and put
it on His head,
gave Him a purple
cape and called Him,
mockering - full of scorn
- " The King of the Jews."

Even His clothes
i took from Him and
portioned them away.

I accused Him and
lied on Him, so that
He should get a
capital punishment.

Then i took three nails
and nailed Him to
a condemned cross.

There i killed Jesus Christ,
Gods Own Son!
Me sin killed Him!

Jesus was innocent,
i am guilty.
His dead was the only
thing that could save me
from everlasting punishment
- in hell - away from God.

The death of Jesus
and His Blood cleanses
me from all sin
and leads me behind
the curtain- into the
most Holy place
- into an everlasting life
with the Living God!

Jesus gave me His Own life,
so that He - by His death
- could give me life.
All that i have done
is to believe in Him
- Jesus Christ, the Son of God.

that can really make you think what our Lord went thu for us in order for us one day to have eternal life with Jesus in paradise he didnt even know us and yet went through what he went thru and his own one denied one betrayed and one didn't believe as sometimes we ourselves are like they.

Yes, it's amazing to think about that He was willing to go all the way to Golgatha Cross for all our dirty sins....to suffer in our place to pay for our sins!....He whom was without any sins!) Hallelujah! Glory, glory, GLORY! Must we all be really touched by this once again! And He actually did know us, didn't He....from before the world was created?

I'm sorry, I never did any of that stuff, I rather feel it is done to me..
Why is it my life is still full of heartbreaks and disappointments?

don't give up eugene i know you feel this way but i think perhaps Our Lord is putting you on his waiting list,which im sure he will answer soon he never gives us what we cannot handle you must be an strong person Please Keep the Faith
