Father I commit the apartment where I am staying unto your loving hands and pray for a peaceful new beginning may you keep it safe from the evil one. Lord I also pray you grant me wisdom especially in the stewardship & managing of my finances I pray that I have discernment as my niece approached me for another property investment as this life savings is for my retirement in Jesus name

Lord bless her with discernment and keep her safe in her home. Lord touch her mind and set it to a place that honors You and obeys Your voice. touch her niece and help her finances...give Cindy the wisdom and knowledge in her heart let her be sure in her answer to her niece..let her say no to her in You with power and strength feeling Peace in her heart in Jesus name...today my friend it is not wise to loan too much money out times are bad and people are having a hard time to pay things back and when it is family it makes it easier for the person to put you on the back burner...not intentional but just because of life...I know I borrowed from my daughter and her husband and have not had the finances to pay them back...Thank God she really does not NEED it but she needs it...I do mention it continually but I'm just saying it is hard when your drowning in debt already...good intentions sometimes don't shine through...God bless and be careful with your money now a days..do what you can do with the OK from God..blessing my sister and may God continue to speak favor upon you...
