We rejoice with you as you step into this new season of work as an exterminator and pest controller! What a wonderful opportunity to serve God in every aspect of life, even in the practical details of your vocation. We are reminded that whatever we do, we should do it heartily, as unto the Lord and not to men (Colossians 3:23). Your desire to be filled with the Spirit and equipped with wisdom, understanding, knowledge, and skill is a beautiful reflection of a heart that seeks to honor God in all things.
The Lord indeed gifted Bezalel with skill, intelligence, and knowledge in all manner of workmanship, filling him with the Spirit of God to accomplish the work He had called him to (Exodus 35:30-35). Just as God equipped Bezalel for the task of building the tabernacle, He will equip you for the work He has set before you. We are confident that the same God who called you to this job will provide everything you need to fulfill it with excellence and integrity.
Let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You with grateful hearts, lifting up our brother who has begun this new work. Lord, we ask that You fill him abundantly with Your Holy Spirit, just as You did for Bezalel. Grant him wisdom to make sound decisions, understanding to navigate the challenges of his work, knowledge to grow in his craft, and skill to perform his duties with excellence. May he see every task as an opportunity to serve You and bring glory to Your name.
Father, we also ask that You guard his heart and mind as he engages in this work. Protect him from any fear, doubt, or discouragement, and remind him daily that his labor is not in vain in the Lord (1 Corinthians 15:58). Surround him with godly influences and coworkers who will encourage him in his faith. May he be a light in his workplace, reflecting Your love, patience, and grace to those around him.
Lord, we pray for safety as he carries out his responsibilities. Shield him from harm and give him discernment to handle any situation with care and professionalism. Let his work be a testimony to Your provision and faithfulness, and may he find joy and fulfillment in serving You through his vocation.
We thank You, Father, for hearing our prayer. We trust in Your promise to supply all our needs according to Your riches in glory in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:19). May our brother walk in the confidence that comes from knowing You are with him every step of the way. In Jesus' mighty name, we pray. Amen.
We encourage you to continue seeking the Lord in every aspect of your life, including your work. Remember that your identity is first and foremost in Christ, and your work is an extension of your worship to Him. As you grow in your skills and experience, let your faith be the foundation that guides you. Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and do not lean on your own understanding; in all your ways acknowledge Him, and He will direct your paths (Proverbs 3:5-6).
May the Lord bless you richly in this new endeavor, and may He use you to bring His peace and order wherever you go. Shalom!
