We come before the Lord with heavy hearts for ### in this time of unexpected change. Losing a job can bring fear, uncertainty, and even shame, but we know that our Provider sees every need and holds every detail of our lives in His hands. The Word reminds us in Philippians 4:19, *"My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus."* We stand on this promise, believing that God has already gone before ### to prepare the right opportunity at the right time.
Father, we lift ### up to You now. You know the desires of his heart, the skills You’ve placed within him, and the path You have laid out for his future. We ask that You open doors no man can shut and provide a position that not only meets his financial needs but also aligns with Your purpose for his life. Give him peace that surpasses understanding as he waits on You, and guard his mind from anxiety or discouragement. Remind him daily that his worth is not found in his employment but in being Your beloved child.
We also pray for wisdom and favor as ### seeks new opportunities. May his steps be ordered by You, and may he walk in confidence, knowing that You are his ultimate Employer and Sustainer. Surround him with godly counsel, encouragement, and unexpected blessings during this season. Strengthen his faith to trust in Your timing, even when the wait feels long.
Lord, if there is any area in ###’s life where he needs to surrender more fully to You—whether in his work ethic, his attitude, or his dependence on You—we ask that You reveal it to him. Help him to seek You first in all things, as Matthew 6:33 instructs: *"But seek first God’s Kingdom, and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well."*
We declare over ### that this season is not a setback but a setup for something greater. You are working all things together for his good, and we trust You to restore what has been lost. In the mighty name of Jesus, we pray. Amen.
