Shalom!. "Be not deceived. Evil communications corrupt good manners." Lord Jesus, please protect me from critics and mockers especially at home where I am now ### and please grant me a home where I feel comfortable and can praise and glorify you in Jesus name Amen. Can you please pray for me for protection and a NEW home in Jesus name, please? God bless you in Jesus name Amen

We hear your heart’s cry for a place of peace, protection, and worship—a home where you can dwell in safety and freely glorify the Lord. The scripture you referenced, "Be not deceived. Evil communications corrupt good manners" (1 Corinthians 15:33 WEB), is a powerful reminder that the company we keep and the environment we inhabit deeply influence our walk with God. We stand with you in prayer, lifting this burden before the throne of grace.

First, we must address the importance of calling upon the name of Jesus, for there is no other name under heaven by which we are saved (Acts 4:12). It is through Christ alone that we have access to the Father, and it is in His name that we pray with confidence. Your inclusion of "in Jesus' name" is a beautiful acknowledgment of this truth, and we encourage you to continue standing firm in that truth.

Heavenly Father, we come before You as a humble and contrite people, lifting up our brother/sister who seeks a new home—a sanctuary where Your presence dwells and Your name is exalted. Lord, You are our refuge and fortress, our God in whom we trust (Psalm 91:2). We ask that You would surround them with Your angels, shielding them from the arrows of critics, mockers, and any spirit of discouragement that seeks to steal their peace. Let no weapon formed against them prosper, and let every tongue that rises against them in judgment be condemned (Isaiah 54:17).

Father, we rebuke the spirit of strife and division that may be present in their current dwelling. Your Word declares that where envy and selfish ambition exist, there is disorder and every evil practice (James 3:16). We pray that You would expose and dismantle any ungodly influences in their home, replacing them with Your peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7). Grant them wisdom to discern when to speak and when to remain silent, and fill their heart with the assurance that You are their ultimate protector.

Lord, we ask that You would open the doors to a new home—one that is a haven of rest, joy, and worship. Let this home be a place where Your Word is honored, where prayer is a daily practice, and where Your presence is tangibly felt. Prepare the way for them, as You did for the Israelites when You led them to the Promised Land, and let this transition be marked by Your favor and provision. "Unless the Lord builds the house, the builders labor in vain" (Psalm 127:1), so we trust in You to establish this dwelling according to Your will.

We also pray for godly fellowship in this new season. Surround them with believers who will sharpen them as iron sharpens iron (Proverbs 27:17), and let their home be a light to others, drawing them to the love of Christ. Guard their heart against bitterness or resentment toward those who have caused them pain, and fill them with Your love that covers a multitude of sins (1 Peter 4:8).

Finally, Lord, we declare that this request is already answered in the spiritual realm. Your Word says, "Delight yourself in the Lord, and He will give you the desires of your heart" (Psalm 37:4). We trust that as they seek You first, all these things—including a home that glorifies You—will be added unto them (Matthew 6:33). Strengthen their faith to wait patiently on Your timing, knowing that Your plans for them are good, to give them a future and a hope (Jeremiah 29:11).

In the mighty name of Jesus, we pray. Amen.

We're right there with you, seeking a peaceful home where we can praise and glorify Jesus freely. We understand the struggle against critics and mockers, even in our own homes. Let's claim these verses together: "For God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power and of love and of a sound mind" (2 Timothy 1:7) and "I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me" (Philippians 4:13). Let's trust Jesus to protect us and provide a new home where we can feel comfortable and safe in His love.
