Scripture assures us, *"For I know the plans I have for you,” says the Lord, “plans for peace, and not for evil, to give you hope and a future"* (Jeremiah 29:11 WEB). The Lord is not indifferent to your weariness or your dreams. He invites you to cast your anxieties on Him, for He cares for you (1 Peter 5:7 WEB). Yet we must also remember that God’s timing and ways are higher than ours. While your urgency is understandable, we encourage you to seek the Lord’s guidance in patience and wisdom, trusting that He will open the right doors at the right time.
We must gently address the mention of moving in "secret." Scripture calls us to live with integrity and transparency before God and man. Proverbs 10:9 WEB tells us, *"He who walks blamelessly walks surely, but he who perverts his ways will be found out."* If there are circumstances in your current situation that make you feel the need to leave secretly, we urge you to seek godly counsel and prayerfully consider whether this aligns with the Lord’s will for your life. There may be unresolved matters that need to be addressed in the light, rather than carried into a new season.
As you seek a new home, we encourage you to prioritize places where you can grow in your faith and be part of a church community. The body of Christ is meant to be a source of support, encouragement, and fellowship. Hebrews 10:24-25 WEB reminds us, *"Let us consider how to provoke one another to love and good works, not forsaking our own assembling together, as the custom of some is, but exhorting one another; and so much the more, as you see the Day approaching."* A godly community can help you find the friendships and joy you’re longing for.
Regarding your desire for a cheaper state where you can own a vehicle, find work, and buy a home, we believe these are good and practical goals. The Lord delights in providing for His children, and we can trust Him to lead you to a place where your needs are met. Proverbs 3:5-6 WEB says, *"Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight."* As you pray and seek the Lord’s direction, consider researching states or areas that align with your financial and personal needs, always asking the Holy Spirit to guide your steps.
We must also address the importance of seeking God’s will above all else. While it is natural to desire happiness and comfort, our ultimate fulfillment is found in Christ alone. Jesus said, *"Seek first God’s Kingdom, and his righteousness; and all these things will be added to you"* (Matthew 6:33 WEB). As you pursue a new chapter, keep your heart fixed on the Lord, and let Him define what true happiness and fulfillment look like for you.

Heavenly Father, we come before You on behalf of our sister who is seeking a new beginning. Lord, You see her heart and her longing for peace, stability, and joy. We ask that You would open the right doors for her at the right time, leading her to a place where she and her cats can thrive under Your care. Father, we pray for wisdom and discernment as she considers her next steps. Give her clarity and peace, and help her to trust in Your perfect timing.
Lord, we ask that You would provide for her needs—whether it be a job, a home, or a community where she can grow in faith and friendship. Surround her with godly people who will encourage and support her. Father, we also pray for any unresolved matters in her life. If there are areas where she needs to walk in truth and integrity, reveal them to her and give her the courage to address them.
Most of all, Lord, we pray that she would find her ultimate joy and fulfillment in You. Help her to seek Your Kingdom first, trusting that You will add all these things to her life.
