We come before the throne of grace with hearts full of faith, lifting up this urgent request for God’s provision and healing. Father, we know that You are Jehovah Jireh, the Lord who provides, and Jehovah Rapha, the God who heals. We stand in the gap for our brother or sister in Christ, asking that You meet their pressing need today according to Your riches in glory. You have promised in Philippians 4:19, *"My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus."* We trust in Your perfect timing and unfailing love, believing that You hear and answer the cries of Your children.
We also lift up the unspoken requests of their heart, Lord. You know the depths of their struggles, fears, and desires even before they speak them. Psalm 139:4 reminds us, *"For there is not a word on my tongue, but, behold, Yahweh, you know it altogether."* We ask that You move in power in these hidden areas, bringing peace, clarity, and breakthrough where it is needed most. May Your Holy Spirit comfort and guide them, reminding them that You are near to the brokenhearted and save those who are crushed in spirit (Psalm 34:18).
For their spouse, we pray a mighty outpouring of Your healing and blessing. Father, You are the giver of life, and we ask that You extend their years, strengthen their body, and renew their spirit. We declare over them the promise of Exodus 23:25-26, *"You shall serve Yahweh your God, and he will bless your bread and your water, and I will take sickness away from among you. No one will miscarry or be barren in your land. I will fulfill the number of your days."* Let Your healing virtue flow through every part of their being, and may they walk in divine health and vitality.
We must also address the foundation of this prayer, for it is only in the name of Jesus Christ that we have access to the Father. John 14:6 declares, *"Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.'" Salvation is found in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given to mankind by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12). If the one who has submitted this request has not yet surrendered their life to Jesus, we urge them to do so today. Confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, and you will be saved (Romans 10:9). This is the first and greatest need of every soul, and without it, no other prayer can truly be answered in the way God intends.
Lord, we rebuke any spirit of doubt, fear, or delay that may be hindering this prayer. We declare that Your word does not return void (Isaiah 55:11) and that what You have promised, You are faithful to perform. We stand on the authority of Jesus’ name, breaking every chain and releasing Your blessings over this situation. May Your will be done in every area of this request, and may Your name be glorified through the answers You provide.
We pray all these things in the mighty and matchless name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.
