Sermon Notes: 3/31/2013
- A lot of what we see is what we are looking for a lot of what we hear us what we are listening to.
£ Christ resurrections is a reason to rejoice:
• we will live forever with him.
•we too will experience a bodily resurrection.
• we will understand like we never understood in life. (Once in heaven)
• So much of the world is lost because they don't know what to look for. They all look for material and earthy things but not for god our savior.
- 1 Corinthian 15:42.
• at a funeral if the person in the casket was not Christian there is an absence of presence.
• when you die are they going to be weeping or smiling?
• if you were to die right now would your relationship with god during this time on earth be a pleasant one?
• you can't carry anything with you and an expensive casket is not going to get you any closer to heaven.
• when you confess your sins and repent from that moment you are saved.
• is a matter of being wise enough to established a relationship with god while you have time.
• Heaven is our eternal home.
• the fact of the matter is that you have to be honoring god and his resurrection with the life that you are living.
• We shall see our loved ones again.
• 1 John 3
• are you ready? Ask The Lord to help you see and recognize yourself the way he sees you. Confess that you know you dot deserve anything but you believe he died for you that he has forgiven you and ask him to save you by his grace not by your doings on this earth but because of his mercy.
• one day we will be at his feet blessing The Lord and living an eternity with him.
• god has given you an opportunity to change your eternal destiny.
