A lot of little accidents happen to me lately. Like today, as I was kneeling on the bed and I twisted my legs to go down, the bed and now my waist and the front part of my abdomen feels kind of strange on both sides as if I have strained some muscles on my abdomen and lower back. Please pray my ligaments and muscles are healed in my abdomen and my back. Thank you and God bless you.

Lord I thank you that you are the God of the impossible. You can do anything. Help us to trust in your ability and not our own.
Remember that God is love, He is the Healer, He is the Restorer. makes broken things whole and new.
