A life threatening 6 hour surgery has to be performed

A life threatening 6 hour surgery has to be performed on Andrea, my Daughter, 12 months old on Thursday, 2nd of Februrary. Possibility of giving up organs like spleen, left adrenal glad and left kidney. She is suffering with a cancerous tumor which encases major bloodvessels and organs. May remove 100% tumor only if possible or else whatever is possible could be 60 or 70%. Please pray for the doctors too as they rarely come across such case.
