I come from a family of substance abuse and I suffer greatly from alcoholism. I thought I was born again but I will put down the bottle for months at a time only to pick it back up again when I feel things in my life are more than I can bear. I always feel extremely remorse and regret as soon as I sober up. I hate this evil spirit in me and ask for your prayers for God to intervene in this matter and other matters that stand in the way of me having the relationship with Jesus that I SO very much want and need. Thank you all so much.

1 Corinthians 10:13…There hath no temptation taken you but such as is common to man: but God is faithful, who will not suffer you to be tempted above that ye are able; but will with the temptation also make a way to escape, that ye may be able to bear it.

Let’s Pray…Father God, in the name of Jesus, I ask that You will bless Me in every area of my life! I plead the blood of Jesus over my mind, soul, body, and spirit. Save, deliver, heal, sanctify, me for the glory of God. Make me fit for the Master’s Use. God bind the spirit of alcoholism, discouragement, depression, poverty, and every other tool of Satan that tries to operate in my life. God prohibit them to operate in my life and in my presence.

God bless me with a fresh anointing and teach me how to walk in the power and authority You have blessed me with. Lead, guide, and direct my footsteps. Let Peace, Love, Joy, Hope, Faith, Excellent Health, Holiness, Wisdom, Knowledge, Understanding, The Favor of God, Protection and Prosperity rest in my home, heart, and life. Make me whole in You Lord Jesus. May I come to know You, Love You, and Obey You. Let my life be shaped by the Word of God. Be Lord Of All in All My Life. And all that I have asked of You God in this prayer please do the same for my family, friends, and the writer of this prayer. In Jesus’ name I pray. Amen, So Be It !!!

I too have an alcoholic problem I am fighting with. I can honestly say that alcohol is the reason for all my problems, failures & all irresponsible things I done in my life.

Father I pray that you destroy all desire of drinking that poison that has ruined our lives. Lord we know that You are greater than any temptation of the devil. Cure us Father from this wicked habit that we seem to fall back to. In your name we pray, amen.

Father I pray in the name of Jesus for you to first let this person know that they are loved. Father and you care for them more than they ever know. Father I pray that you strengthen her inner man to resist this addiction. Father I break the spirit of addiction over alcohol. God I declare complete freedom and liberty, never to be the same. Whom the Son sets free is free indeed. God I declare complete freedom in this Lord. Fill her with the power of your Spirit, never to desire or want this again. In the name of Jesus, I declare every assignment to be broken that the enemy has planned. No weapon formed shall prosper, Lord. Complete deliverance, complete healing, complete wholeness. I cover this person with your blood, Lord. You are the deliverer. In Jesus' name. Amen.

 

Father help to heal in all ways to create a well balanced Christian. Amen.

Father God loose this man of familiar spirits in his life that he may serve you without the quilt and shame of failing you. Give him the strength and support he needs to get up again and resume loving on you, serving you! Worshiping you! For you alone are worthy of all the honor and all the praise and all the glory! in Jesus name, amen.

I pray for all people on this site that suffer with familiar spirits and find themselves always falling to get back up and repent, seek God's amazing grace and love and HE will establish your strength; You no longer have to run and hide for others or cover up your failures for GOD IS FAITHFUL and those around you will pray for you and support you as you are strengthened. O pray for supernatural forgiveness for you that you forgive yourself and not allow shame and pride to destroy any relationships you have established but that you will accomplish all God has for you in your families and greater works will you do through these challenges with Christ and heal your marriages and families, in the name of Jesus, amen.
