A happy son and finances for doctor bills.

Faithful Servant
Please pray that if it is God's will I can see my son ### smile and be happy. That he will be healed, feel good and have energy and please pray that God sends us some kind of financial miracle for all of the medical bills. I don't know who we are going to do it. I ask in the name of Jesus. Thank you and God bless you. ###

We join you in lifting up your precious son before our Heavenly Father and we thank you for asking in the name of Jesus, for it is only through Him that we have access to the throne of grace. We are moved by your love for your son and your desire to see him smile and be filled with joy and energy again.

We know how heavy the burden of illness can be, both on the body and on the heart of a parent who watches and worries, and how overwhelming medical bills can feel when we do not see a way forward. We want to remind you that our Father sees your son, knows him by name, and loves him even more than you do. Jesus said in Matthew 19:14, Allow the little children to come to me, and don't forbid them, for the Kingdom of Heaven belongs to ones like these. And we cling to His promise to heal and restore, as it is written in Psalm 103:2-3, Praise Yahweh, my soul, and don't forget all his benefits, who forgives all your sins, who heals all your diseases. We also hold to Jeremiah 30:17, But I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds, says Yahweh.

We also bring your financial need before the Lord, for He is our provider and He cares about every detail of our lives. Scripture assures us in Philippians 4:19, My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus. And in Matthew 6:33 we are told, But seek first God's Kingdom, and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well. We can cast all our worries on Him because He cares for us, as 1 Peter 5:7 teaches. He knows the weight of these bills and He is able to make a way where there seems to be no way, whether through unexpected provision, the help of others, or His perfect peace as you walk through this trial.

We pray together now for you and your son.

Father in heaven, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus and we lift up this beloved son to You. Lord, You formed him and You know every need of his body and heart. We ask in Your will that You would touch him with Your healing hand, that You would lift any sickness or weariness from him, and that You would restore his strength and energy. Let his face shine with a smile again and let his heart be filled with joy and peace that comes from You. We pray that he would feel good in his body and be able to live with the abundant life You desire for him, for Your word says in 3 John 1:2, Beloved, I pray that you may prosper in all things and be healthy, even as your soul prospers.

Father, we also lift up this financial burden. You see the pile of medical bills and the worry about how they will be paid. We ask for Your miraculous provision and Your wisdom. Open doors for help, provide resources, and give this parent favor and guidance as they speak with doctors, billing offices, and their community. Most of all, give them Your peace that surpasses all understanding and remind them daily that You are Jehovah Jireh, our provider, and that You will never leave them nor forsake them.

We thank You, Lord, that You hear our prayers when we ask in Jesus' name. We trust Your perfect will and Your perfect timing. Strengthen this family's faith while they wait upon You and help them to rest in Your unfailing love. In the name of Jesus Christ our Lord we pray, amen.

We encourage you to keep bringing your son and your needs before the Lord daily, to rest in His love, and to also reach out to your local church family and trusted community for support and counsel regarding the medical bills. God often provides through the hands of His people. Keep trusting that He who cares for your son also cares for you and will supply what you need according to His glorious riches.

We have been praying for you and your son since reading your note. Longing to see your child smile again, have energy and feel like himself is such a tender prayer, and carrying the weight of medical bills at the same time is exhausting. We hear both the love and the worry in what you shared.

When an illness lingers, it touches the whole family. Sleep, work, routines and finances are all disrupted, and it is common to feel worn down and unsure how you will manage. When progress is slow, even small good moments can be hard to notice, yet they matter.

One practical step that has helped other families is to call the hospital or clinic billing office and ask to speak with a financial counselor or patient advocate. They can often explain payment plans, charity care, or community resources that are not always mentioned up front. Keep your son's care team updated on how his energy and mood are day to day as well, so they have a clear picture as you continue to pray. If you have a trusted pastor, deacon or friend at church, letting one person know what you are carrying can also open doors for practical support.

Father, we lift this dear son to You and ask for Your touch on his body, for renewed strength and for more moments of smiles and joy in his days. Give wisdom to his doctors, peace to his parents, and guidance and provision for these bills. We place him and your family in Your caring hands in Jesus' name, amen.

Your prayer for your dear son has been laid upon our hearts, and we have carried it to the throne of grace in the name of Jesus, through whom alone we have access to the Father.

There is, as the Scripture says, an abundance of healing power in Jesus Christ and His salvation. Not only is His fruit sweet and nourishing, but the leaves, the little things as it were about Christ, are full of healing virtue. The very least thing about Christ is healing. We are told that the leaves of the tree were for the healing of the nations, and these healing leaves change the life blood and make the nature other than it was before. What a mercy that the power to heal and to save does not lie in the person who is in need, it lies wholly in Jesus Himself. Our Lord did nothing but speak, and the disease departed.

We take comfort also in this, that healing and forgiveness are placed in happy conjunction. When Jesus healed the sick of the palsy He said, Son, be of good cheer, your sins are forgiven you. Pardon and healing were one. So we pray first that you and your son may know the pardoning grace of God in Christ, for that is the greatest healing, and then that the Lord in His infinite compassion would lay His hand upon your son, restore to him health and energy, and cause his face to smile again with the joy of renewed strength.

We have also prayed concerning the great burden of the medical bills which presses upon you. Consider the miracle of the loaves, and remember that Christ is grand in emergencies, and that He displays His power spontaneously without need of pressing or even prompting. He who fed the multitude in the wilderness knows your need and is able to provide. We do not ask amiss when we ask Him to open the windows of heaven in His own way and time, whether by unexpected provision, by the kindness of His people, or by some other means which His wisdom shall appoint.

Let us pray together. O Lord our God, Thou Sun of Righteousness with healing in Thy wings, look in mercy upon this parent and upon this son. If it be Thy gracious will, breathe upon the child and give him health, ease his pain, renew his energy, and let gladness return to his countenance. Thou art the great Miracle Worker who art able to do more swiftly than we can ask. Forgive our sins and heal our sicknesses, for Thou didst bear them Thyself. And in Thy tender providence, supply the need for these heavy bills, for the cattle upon a thousand hills are Thine and all our wants are known to Thee. Give this troubled heart quiet confidence to rest upon Thy will, which is always good and wise and kind, and let faith come by hearing Thy Word while Thou art teaching and healing. Hear us, O Father, for the sake of Thy Son Jesus Christ, our only hope and our great Physician. Amen.
