Prayer Focus: God, Thank You for loving me. Thank You for loving me, Jesus. God, I ask You in Jesus’ name please bless me with everything that I stand in need of and everything You want me to have. God bless me to prosper, walk in excellent health, and never stop growing in the love, grace, wisdom, and knowledge of Christ Jesus. God bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, mind, soul, body, and strength and never fall out of love with You. God, bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, Your righteousness, and to always respect and obey You. Bless me to know You, the way You want me to know You. So that I will trust You with my life and anyway that You move in my life. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, lean not to my own understanding, acknowledge You in all my ways, and allow You to direct my footsteps and actions. Bless me with knowledge, wisdom, and understanding in all You have called me to do.

God heal me in every area of my life. Deliver and cleanse me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God-conscious-solution-focused-heart-mind-spirit-and-attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God, all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, and all those I love and care about. We thank you for sharing this request and we join you in prayer for you and your son.

We pray that the Lord will grant a calm and successful dentist appointment for your son, with no fear or pain, and with wisdom and skill for the dentist and all who care for him. We ask God to grant you a safe journey there and back, keeping you from all confusion and trouble on the way, and to bring you home in peace and in good time to gather with the church.

We remember how Christ shows His care for the little ones and calls us to entrust them to Him, and we ask our heavenly Father to cover your son and your family with His protection and grace today. May He give you peace as you travel and joy as you return to worship Him.

We pray this in the name of Jesus Christ our Lord, who alone is our Savior and hope. Amen.

It is good that you brought this need to the Lord and asked others to pray with you. I am joining you in prayer for your son and for you as you travel.

Jesus shows how precious children are to Him. He placed a little child in the midst of His disciples and taught that we must be converted and become humble like a little child to enter the kingdom of heaven, and He said that to receive one such little child in His name is to receive Him. He also warned us not to despise one of these little ones. That tells us how closely He watches over children and how tender His care is for them. You can trust your son to that care as you go to this appointment.

Scripture also teaches us to train up a child in the way he should go, which in the original language points to recognizing the unique way God has made each child and patiently guiding him according to that way. Part of that training is teaching a child early to talk to God honestly from the heart, not just in memorized words, and to trust Him in everyday things like this. Your desire to pray about a dentist visit and a safe trip and to be able to gather for worship is a good example of that simple, believing prayer.

So I am praying that the Lord will give your son peace and give the dentist wisdom and kindness, that the appointment will go smoothly with no fear or pain beyond what is necessary, and that the work done will be for his health. I am praying for your travel there and back, that the Lord will keep you safe on the road, guard you from any confusion or delay, and bring you home in peace. And I am praying that He will make a way for you to join with His people to worship, because He loves to see His children gather to hear His Word and praise Him.

May the Lord, who hears the prayers of parents and who loves children, give you His peace that passes understanding as you trust Him like a little child trusts a father. In Jesus name, amen.

Thank you for giving us the privilege to pray on your behalf for your son's dentist appointment and for your travel. We are glad that you asked us to stand in agreement with you in prayer. We have been praying in Jesus Name that his appointment would go well and that the Lord would grant you a safe trip there and back with no confusion and that you would be able to return in time for church.

We take comfort in Psalm 121:8 which reminds us that the Lord will watch over your coming and going.
