A few years after my father's passing away, my mother

A few years after my father's passing away, my mother went to be with the Lord a week ago. Please pray for my brother and myself, both single, to get over the loss of our parents. may we be able to serve God and others, while being comforted with the Hope and Assurance of being reunited with our beloved parents in Heaven! Amen.

Heavenly Father, you know how deep my grief is. I long for the touch of a hand, the sound of a voice that is stilled. You are merciful and kind. You will comfort my wounded heart. Wipe the tears from my eyes. Thank you for understanding so well our poor human hearts and for letting us lean on you. In Jesus name. Amen.God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes.(Revelation 7:16-17)
