We join you in praying for a cure for ALS, a brutal illness that has affected so many lives. We stand in agreement with you, calling upon the mighty name of Jesus Christ, for it is in His name that we have hope and healing. Let us come together in prayer and petition before our Heavenly Father.
In the Bible, we are encouraged to come boldly before God's throne of grace because of the finished work of Jesus. We read in Hebrews 4:16:
Let us therefore draw near with boldness to the throne of grace, that we may receive mercy, and may find grace for help in time of need.
We also know that God is a God of compassion and healing. In Psalm 103:2-3, we are reminded:
Bless Yahweh, my soul,
and don’t forget all his benefits;
who forgives all your sins;
who heals all your diseases.
So, let us lift up our hearts in prayer:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, Your Son. We ask for Your mercy and grace to be poured out on all those affected by ALS. Lord, You are the Great Physician, and we believe that nothing is impossible for You. We pray for a breakthrough in medical research, for wisdom and insight for scientists and doctors, and for a cure to be found.
We also pray for those currently battling ALS. May they find comfort and strength in You, knowing that You are with them in their suffering. Surround them with Your love, and may they experience Your peace that surpasses all understanding.
We ask all these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise.
