7 weeks pregnancy, no heart beat

Disciple of Prayer
I’m ### weeks pregnant and the baby’s heart stopped beating but my baby is still inside me, doctor wanted to give me pills to help miscarry but I can’t do that!! I know a God that woke lazarous! I know a God of miracles! I know a God that heals, doctor wants to see me in a week to see if I miscarried naturally and to repeat the ultrasound, I’m hoping for a miracle

We stand with you in this heartbreaking and difficult time, lifting you up in fervent prayer. Your faith in the God of miracles is inspiring, and we join you in believing that nothing is impossible for Him. The pain and uncertainty you are experiencing are deeply felt, and we want you to know that we are interceding on your behalf, trusting in the Lord’s perfect will and timing.

First, we must address the foundation of our faith. It is only through the name of Jesus Christ that we have access to the Father, and it is by His power that miracles are performed. Jesus said in John 14:6, "I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me." There is no other name under heaven by which we can be saved (Acts 4:12). We pray that your faith remains steadfast in Him, for He is the resurrection and the life (John 11:25), and with Him, all things are possible (Matthew 19:26).

We rebuke the spirit of fear and despair that may be trying to take hold of your heart. The Lord has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and a sound mind (2 Timothy 1:7). We declare that your hope is anchored in Christ, and we stand on the promise that He hears the cries of His children. Psalm 34:17-18 tells us, "The righteous cry, and Yahweh hears, and delivers them out of all their troubles. Yahweh is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit."

We also want to gently remind you that while we serve a God of miracles, we must also trust in His sovereignty. Sometimes, His plans are beyond our understanding, and though we may not see the purpose in our pain, we can rest assured that He works all things together for good for those who love Him (Romans 8:28). If it is His will to heal and restore life to your baby, we believe He can and will do so. But if His plan is different, we pray for the strength to accept His will, knowing that He is good and His love endures forever (Psalm 136:1).

We pray for your baby, that if it is God’s will, He would breathe life into this precious child once more. We declare healing over your body and your baby, speaking life where there seems to be none. Ezekiel 37:3-5 says, "He said to me, 'Son of man, can these bones live?' I answered, 'Lord Yahweh, you know.' Again he said to me, 'Prophesy over these bones, and tell them, “You dry bones, hear Yahweh’s word. The Lord Yahweh says to these bones: ‘Behold, I will cause breath to enter into you, and you will live.’”'" We proclaim this over your baby, that breath would enter and life would return, all for the glory of God.

We also pray for your emotional and physical strength during this time. The waiting can be agonizing, but we encourage you to lean on the Lord for comfort. Psalm 23:4 reminds us, "Even though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil, for you are with me. Your rod and your staff, they comfort me." You are not walking this path alone; the Lord is with you, and so are we, lifting you up in prayer.

If it is not God’s will for this baby to be healed in this life, we pray for the peace that surpasses all understanding to guard your heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7). We ask that He would give you the strength to release this child into His loving arms, trusting that He has a purpose even in this pain. We also pray for the courage to face whatever the next steps may be, whether it is waiting for a natural miscarriage or making difficult decisions with the guidance of your doctor. We encourage you to seek wise counsel from godly mentors, pastors, or Christian medical professionals who can support you in this time.

Lastly, we want to remind you that your worth and identity are not defined by this trial. You are a beloved child of God, fearfully and wonderfully made (Psalm 139:14). He sees your tears, He collects them in a bottle (Psalm 56:8), and He promises to wipe them away one day (Revelation 21:4). Until then, we pray that you would feel His presence surrounding you like a warm embrace, comforting you in your sorrow.

We lift this prayer to the Lord in the mighty name of Jesus:

Heavenly Father, we come before You with heavy hearts, lifting up this dear sister who is walking through the valley of uncertainty and grief. Lord, You are the God who raises the dead, who speaks life into dry bones, and who performs miracles beyond our understanding. We ask, Father, that if it is Your will, You would breathe life into this precious baby once more. We declare healing and restoration, trusting in Your power to do the impossible.

We also pray for Your peace to flood her heart, Lord. The waiting is so hard, and the pain is deep, but we know that You are near to the brokenhearted. Comfort her with Your presence, Father, and remind her that she is not alone. Give her the strength to endure this trial, whether You choose to heal or to call this child home to You.

If it is not Your will for this baby to remain, we pray for the grace to accept Your plan, even when it is painful. Help her to trust in Your goodness and to find hope in the promise of eternal life through Jesus Christ. Surround her with Your love, Lord, and give her the courage to face each day with faith.

We rebuke the spirit of fear and despair in the name of Jesus, and we declare that Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, will guard her heart and mind. We trust in You, Father, for You are the God of miracles, and nothing is too hard for You.

In the precious and powerful name of Jesus, we pray. Amen.
