Im so in love with her. My heart is broken . They love bigger men. She's the women of my dreams. I pray God bless me with a amazing beautiful spouse like ###. Psalm 35:10 . A women like her even quotes psalm 10. A prayer for justice and suppprr for the broken hearted ! My anxiety and panic attack are horrible. Why can't you just take away the LOVE desire away Lord. She's beautiful. So beautiful. My fears of bigger men and much more horrors and fears. I'm "frail" . PSALM 6. God I desire to heal ,. I pray for justice in LOVE. Its been a nightmare all my life. My "too skinny "frame. My thinning hair. She prefers chubby men to cuddle. My heart breaks. God looks at the heatt surely. But they can't resist him. We hear the deep ache and brokenness in your heart and we join with you before the Lord in prayer. We understand how heavy anxiety and panic can feel, and how painful it is to long for love and feel overlooked because of your frame, your hair, and comparisons to other men. We want to lift you up with truth and compassion from Scripture.

The Lord sees your hurt. Psalm 34:18 says Yahweh is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit. Psalm 147:3 says He heals the broken in heart, and binds up their wounds. Your anxiety and fear are not hidden from Him, and we pray He will bring you peace. Philippians 4:6-7 says In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus. 2 Timothy 1:7 reminds us For God didn’t give us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control. We pray you will cast your cares on Him because He cares for you, as 1 Peter 5:7 teaches.

We also hear your struggle with your appearance and the fear that women prefer bigger men to cuddle. We want to encourage you that God does not measure a man as the world does. 1 Samuel 16:7 says Man looks at the outward appearance, but Yahweh looks at the heart. Psalm 139:14 says you are fearfully and wonderfully made. Your worth is not in being bigger or having thicker hair, but in being created in the image of God and redeemed through Christ. Comparison and envy will only torment your heart, and we pray God will free you from that fear and help you see yourself as He sees you.

We also want to lovingly address what you shared about desiring to make love to this woman and feeling that the enemy has stolen your love. God did create sexual intimacy as a beautiful gift, but He created it to be enjoyed within the covenant of marriage between a man and a woman for life. Outside of marriage, that desire becomes fornication, which Scripture calls us to flee from. 1 Corinthians 6:18 says Flee sexual immorality. Every sin that a man does is outside the body, but he who commits sexual immorality sins against his own body. 1 Thessalonians 4:3-4 says for this is the will of God: your sanctification, that you abstain from sexual immorality, that each one of you know how to control his own body in sanctification and honor. The verse you quoted, Proverbs 5:18-19, Let your spring be blessed. Rejoice in the wife of your youth. A loving doe and a graceful deer, let her breasts satisfy you at all times. Be captiv always with her love, is written specifically about a wife in marriage. We pray God will guard your heart from lust and help you steward this strong desire for love in purity, looking toward godly courtship with the goal of marriage to a believing Christian woman, rather than longing to possess a specific woman outside of His will.

It is not wrong to desire a beautiful godly spouse, and we pray with you for that. But we must rebuke the idea that God owes us a particular person or that justice in love means making someone love us. That is not how God's justice works. We are called to seek first His Kingdom and His righteousness, and trust Him to provide what is best. Matthew 6:33 says But seek first God’s Kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well. Psalm 37:4 says Delight yourself also in Yahweh, and he will give you the desires of your heart, as we delight in Him first. We cannot demand that a specific woman love us despite our flaws, but we can ask God to prepare us to be a godly husband and to bring a godly wife in His perfect timing if it is His will.

You quoted John 10:10 that the thief only comes to steal, kill, and destroy, but Jesus came that we may have life and have it abundantly. The abundant life Jesus gives is not found in getting the woman of our dreams, but in Christ Himself. Isaiah 53:4-5 shows that Jesus bore our sorrows and by His wounds we are healed, and Psalm 6:2 cries Have mercy on me, Yahweh, for I am faint. Yahweh, heal me, for my bones are troubled. We pray for that healing for you, body, mind, and spirit.

We also noticed your prayer does not mention the name of Jesus Christ, and we want to lovingly remind you that it is only through Jesus that we have access to God. John 14:6 says Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me. Acts 4:12 says There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved. If you have not yet put your trust in Him, we encourage you to confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, for Romans 10:9 promises you will be saved. It is in His name we pray and are heard.

So we pray together now.

Father, we lift this dear brother to You in the name of Jesus Christ. You see his broken heart, his panic, his sleepless nights, and the fears that torment him about his body and his worth. We ask You to heal him as only You can, to calm his anxiety with Your perfect peace, and to replace fear with power, love, and self-control. Help him to know he is fearfully and wonderfully made and deeply loved by You. Forgive him where desire has turned to lust or where love has become an idol, and cleanse him and teach him to walk in purity and self-control, waiting for marriage as You designed. We ask that You guard his heart from comparison and help him to trust Your will for his life, rather than demanding a specific outcome. If it is Your will, we ask You to bless him with a godly, beautiful wife who loves You first, a marriage that honors You and reflects Christ and the church, and give him grace to pursue courtship in a holy way. Above all, draw him closer to Jesus, that his deepest satisfaction would be in You, and that he would know Your nearness to the brokenhearted. We ask all this in the mighty and saving name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and our only hope, amen.

What you describe with anxiety and panic, the racing heart, tightness and overwhelming dread, is something many people experience when body and mind are under prolonged stress. It makes sense you feel worn down. We encourage you to reach out soon to a trusted doctor or counselor for support with the panic, alongside prayer, so you are not carrying this alone physically or emotionally. It can also help to have one safe person, like a pastor or trusted friend, who can walk with you regularly and know how you are doing.

Your longing for marriage and for a loving companionship is understandable, and God sees you fully, including the parts of yourself you feel most frail or self conscious about. Healing and clarity often come gradually as we keep bringing our honest hurts and desires to Him and let Him shape our steps day by day.

Father, we lift our brother to You now. Quiet his anxious thoughts, calm his body when panic rises, and bring him steady peace. Heal the hurt of rejection and fear, remind him of his dignity in Your eyes, and give him wisdom and hope for the days ahead. Guide him according to Your good will for his life. Your heartbreak and anxiety have been laid before the Lord, and He hears the cry of those who are broken and heavy laden. The pain you describe, the panic that rises, the sense of frailty and fear when you compare yourself with others, and the deep longing for love, are not hidden from Him who sees the heart.

The Scriptures teach that our deepest worth is not in the frame of our body, nor in thickness of hair, nor in stature, but in being known and loved by Christ. He did not give Himself for His people in part, but wholly. He gave His infancy, His life, His death, and now He lives to intercede for His own, and He will come again to fetch home those who are His. If you are in Christ by faith, you are already loved with an everlasting love that no rival can steal and no outward appearance can diminish. That love is the fountain from which all other loves must flow in their proper order. Salvation is through Jesus Christ alone, and apart from Him there is no peace that can quiet the restless heart.

You ask why the Lord does not simply take away the desire for love. God Himself planted in man the good desire for companionship, but like every good gift it is meant to be ordered under His rule and for His glory. Marriage, as God has ordained it from the beginning, is a lifelong covenant of one man and one woman, and the union of love that belongs to it is holy only within that covenant. Outside of that covenant it cannot be blessed, for God will not bless what He has not appointed. To long for a beautiful spouse is not sin in itself, but the longing must be brought under Christ, that you may first long most ardently after holiness and after God Himself. One of the best tests of a man's character is found in his deepest longings, and a heart that breaks for God and for His Word is nearer to comfort than a heart that seeks only its own fulfillment.

It is said that at this moment you are in such a fidget and flutter that you mistake bitter for sweet. Anxiety cannot add a cubit to your stature, nor can it secure the love of another. But the Lord invites you to cast all your care upon Him, for He cares for you. He who spared not His own Son but delivered Him up for us, will He not with Him also freely give you all things needful for your well being. Your panic and fear are real afflictions, and you should not bear them alone. Seek the Lord in your chamber and cease not to cry to Him, and seek also the help of faithful pastors and brothers in the church who can walk with you, pray with you, and bear your burdens with you. If these fears press heavily upon your body and mind, do not hesitate to seek wise and godly counsel and care.

The thief indeed comes to steal and to kill and to destroy, but Christ came that His sheep might have life and have it more abundantly. The dross is consumed that the precious metal may remain. The Lord may be knocking away false props on which we leaned, not to harm us, but to launch us more fully upon His grace. You can look to the Cross and know that He who died there died for you, and He who reigns in Heaven reigns for you and pleads for you. No panic, no disappointment in love, no sense of frailty can deprive you of that security, for the Lord is round about His people from henceforth even forever.

So cling to Christ, for there is nowhere else to go that can give rest. Apart from Him there is only blackness, but in Him there is forgiveness for sin, renewal for the heart, and deliverance from the wrath to come. Open your empty hand and receive Him anew each day. Let your prayer be not that God would grant a union outside His will, but that He would make you holy, keep you pure, quiet your anxious thoughts, heal your broken heart, and, if it be His gracious will, provide in His time a godly wife to love within the holy covenant of marriage, to the glory of the Father.

We pray for you now, that the Lord would have mercy upon you as one who cries in Psalm 6, that He would be near to you as one brokenhearted, that He would turn your longings toward Himself and teach you to pant after His commandments, that He would grant you peace that passes understanding to guard your heart and mind in Christ Jesus, that He would deliver you from tormenting fear and establish you in the knowledge that you are fearfully and wonderfully made and kept by His power, and that He would lead you in paths of purity and holiness for His name's sake. May you find that to love Him and to long for Him is itself happiness, and that better is a heavenly hunger than a worldly fullness.

May the Lord fill you with His peace for Jesus sake.
