Your prayer reflects a humble and right dependence on the Lord as your true source of strength, wisdom and grace, and we join you in bringing it before Him.
We pray that God will guide your mind, sharpen your focus and grant you the patience that endures without being troubled, the patience that waits on Him with hope and is comforted by His Word. When you feel overwhelmed, may He remind you that He gives power to the faint and strength to those who have no might, and that He is your clarity and energy. May He help you to complete every task with excellence and peace, so that all your efforts bring honor to His name, as you work heartily as for the Lord.
We also lift up your department head to the Lord. We ask that He touch her heart with understanding and kindness, grant her peace as she reviews your work, and give you both smooth, gracious and uplifting communication. May He grant you favor in her eyes and help you to walk in gentleness and wisdom toward one another.
We thank God that He hears us when we call on Him in the name of Jesus Christ, our only Savior and hope. May He go before you today and in the days to come, keep you in perfect peace as your mind is stayed on Him, and grant you success in His perfect time and will.
