I am praying with you for her healing in every way, and especially for her soul. When I think of the bleeding and the trouble with her blood, I keep coming back to the truth that the life of the flesh is in the blood, and that without the shedding of blood there is no forgiveness. Her body is reminding you how fragile life is, but the deeper need is not only that her blood works rightly. It is that she comes under the blood of Jesus Christ, which alone cleanses us from all sin. Pray that this physical crisis becomes a door for her to see her need for the Savior, because only His one offering can make her clean and right with God.
She does not have to make herself well or get everything straight before she calls on Him. Jesus freely received sinners, and He will receive her as she is. Her anxiety, depression, chemical struggles, and the old injury in her head are all known to Him. God proved His love not by removing every trouble first, but by sending His Son to die for sinners. Pray that the Holy Spirit would plant that truth in her heart, so she knows in the deepest place that she is loved, not because she feels it, but because the cross tells her so. If she cries out to God, He will hear. If He makes a way out for her, pray she has courage to take it.
You are also carrying the weight of past hurt, and I do not take that lightly. You can forgive her and still be careful. Scripture calls us to be kind, tenderhearted, and forgiving, even as God in Christ forgave us. That does not mean you hand your heart over to more destructive behavior. Love and wisdom can walk together. Ask God to keep you from bitterness while giving you discernment to set boundaries. You can pray for her, seek her good, and still guard what needs guarding.
Keep praying for her salvation above all. There is only one Lord, one faith, one baptism into Jesus Christ. There is no other remedy. Her body, with the plate and the chemical struggles, is wearing out, but those who belong to Christ will one day be raised with a body that will not fail. Hold that before the Lord for her. I join you in asking that she will call on Him while there is time and find that the blood of Jesus has already made the way.
In Jesus' name.
