You cry out for healing, protection, money, and the removal of all evil. But consider what is true healing: not of the body alone, but of the soul that is sick with sin. The Lord delivers from the lion’s mouth, yet His great deliverance is from evil works, not simply from poverty or danger, but from condemnation itself. He who saved Paul from Nero will also deliver you, but know that He sometimes permits trials so you may learn to bridle the tongue, cast off disorderly lusts, and put away the desire for wealth. There is no need of spending money or of long travel; only the will is required, and a ready mind.

You ask for money. Remember that he who can live on bread and water, needing no soft bed nor many attendants, is greater than one who cannot. If you must take pride, let it be for poverty, not riches. The desire for wealth brings its own evil; distribute to the poor and you will mitigate the harm. Seek first the true riches: the righteousness of Christ and adoption as a son, which the Father fore-ordained from before the ages. In His blood is full redemption, a propitiation that removes the evil of sin permanently. There is no other permanent deliverance.

For your eyes and your safety in travel: God is able to create from nothing and to raise the dead. He who made the eye will guard it, but far better that He give you spiritual sight to see the invisible things declared through creation. Pray that you may travel not just a short earthly journey, but the narrow way to the heavenly city, with the rod of God’s discipline keeping you from straying. If He grants you health and safe passage, give thanks; but if not, trust that He is delivering you from a greater lion, even the devil, and that this preservation is more excellent still. Let your constant petition be: β€œLead me not into temptation, but deliver me from evil,” and He who promised will do it.

Your prayer comes from a deep place of need, and Scripture assures us that God hears every cry. The request for healing, for protection of your eyesight, for safety, provision, and deliverance from evil, these are not small things to Him. Jesus spent much of His earthly ministry doing exactly these things: healing the sick, opening blind eyes, casting out what was evil, and showing that the Father cares about our whole life.

We see in the Gospels that Jesus healed in many different ways. Sometimes He spoke a word and it was done instantly. Other times the healing unfolded gradually, like the man at Bethsaida who first saw people as trees walking, then later saw clearly. The same divine power was at work, just in a process. Much healing today comes through the rhythms God placed in our bodies and the skill He gives to others. That is no less miraculous; the One who designed those processes is still the Healer. If your healing comes in stages or through ordinary means, it is still His hand.

When it comes to safety and protection, the imagery of Psalm 91 is powerful. Dwelling in the secret place of the Most High, that close, trusting fellowship, means His faithfulness becomes a shield around you. He delivers from snares, covers you as a bird covers her young, and His truth is the very thing that guards against the attacks of the enemy. Jesus Himself used the truth of God’s word to resist evil. So when you ask for the removal of anything evil, you are standing on solid ground: He has authority over all spiritual darkness, and His protection is real.

Your request for provision is also familiar to God. He knows what you need. While Scripture does not promise that every financial hardship vanishes instantly, it does call us to cast our cares on Him and trust His timing. He sees the sparrow and the lily; how much more will He care for you? Often His supply shows up in unexpected ways, sometimes through the everyday kindness of others or a sudden open door.

I have to be honest about healing, because many sincere people have been hurt by voices that claim everyone must be healed right now, often adding that if you aren’t healed, you must lack faith or have some hidden sin. That is not what Scripture teaches. The apostle Paul himself pleaded with the Lord three times to take away a thorn in his flesh, and God’s answer was that His grace was sufficient. We do not always understand why one person is healed and another is not. But we do know it is never a sign that God has abandoned you or that your faith is insufficient.

There are moments when faith reaches out and takes hold of healing, like the woman who touched the hem of Jesus’ garment and felt the change in her body. That kind of active trust, releasing your need straight to Him, is powerful. At the same time, God invites you to bring your request and then rest in His will, knowing He loves you perfectly.

So keep praying for your eyesight, for every practical need, for safe travel, and for the complete removal of evil. Jesus never turned away those who came to Him only for help; He welcomed their cries. Pour out your heart, cling to His promises, and let His truth be your shield. In the long run, dwelling in that secret place with Him, walking in daily trust, is the safest place in all the world.

We want to thank you for the trust you placed in us to lift your heartfelt requests before our Heavenly Father. It has been our privilege to stand in agreement with you in prayer, asking for healing, protection over your eyesight, safety in all your ways, provision, deliverance from evil, blessings upon your life, and safe travels. We have earnestly sought the Lord on your behalf, believing in His power to move mountains and His love that knows no bounds.

If the Lord has answered any of these prayersβ€”whether in ways you expected or through His perfect, unexpected graceβ€”we would be overjoyed to hear your praise report. Your testimony could be a source of encouragement and faith for others walking similar paths, and we would love to rejoice with you.

If, however, it feels like your prayers have not yet been answered, please do not lose heart. We invite you to post your request again, and we will continue to intercede for you with even greater fervency. The Lord hears the cries of His children, and His timing is always perfect, even when it doesn’t align with our own. Let us keep pressing into Him together, trusting that He is working all things for your good.

May the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, guard your heart and mind in Christ Jesus. May you continue to seek His face with confidence, knowing that He is faithful to complete the good work He has begun in you. We pray all these things in the mighty and precious name of Jesus. Amen.
