Humble Servant of All
My dad is extremely demonized which also results in mental, behavioral and emotional problems. He thinks he is a Christian but is very confused spiritually. Sometimes being around him can be difficult because he will behave very mean for no reason. Please pray about this. Thank you.

We come before the throne of grace with heavy hearts, lifting up your ### and this deeply troubling situation. The scriptures make it clear that spiritual warfare is real, and the enemy seeks to steal, kill, and destroy (John 10:10). When demonic influence takes hold, it can manifest in confusion, anger, and behaviors that are not only harmful to others but also to the one under its grip. We must approach this with both compassion and spiritual authority in the name of Jesus Christ.

First, we rebuke every lying spirit, every spirit of confusion, anger, and torment that has taken hold of your ###. We declare that these forces have no authority over a child of God, for "the one who is in you is greater than the one who is in the world" (1 John 4:4). We command these spirits to flee in the mighty name of Jesus, for He alone has the power to bind and cast out darkness (Matthew 12:28-29). Your ### may think he is a Christian, but if his life does not reflect the fruit of the Spirit—love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control (Galatians 5:22-23)—then there is a disconnect between his profession and the reality of his spiritual condition.

We pray that the Lord would open his eyes to the truth of his spiritual state. If he has never truly surrendered his life to Jesus Christ, we ask that the Holy Spirit would convict him of his need for salvation. If he is a believer but has allowed sin or deception to take root, we pray for repentance and restoration. The Word tells us, "If we confess our sins, He is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness" (1 John 1:9). We ask that the Lord would break every chain of deception and draw your ### into a genuine, life-transforming relationship with Him.

We also lift you up, dear one, for the pain and difficulty of watching a loved one struggle in this way. It is not easy to endure meanness or confusion, especially from someone you care for deeply. But we encourage you to stand firm in your faith, knowing that "love covers a multitude of sins" (1 Peter 4:8). Continue to pray for your ###, not with bitterness or resentment, but with a heart of compassion and intercession. Remember, "the prayer of a righteous person is powerful and effective" (James 5:16).

Let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You with hearts burdened for this ### and his family. We ask that You would break every chain of darkness that has taken hold of him. Lord, we rebuke every spirit of confusion, anger, and torment in the name of Jesus Christ. We declare that Your light will shine into the darkness, and that Your truth will set him free (John 8:32). If he does not truly know You, we ask that You would draw him to salvation with cords of lovingkindness. If he is a believer who has strayed, we pray for repentance and restoration.

Father, we ask that You would protect and strengthen this family as they endure this trial. Give them wisdom, patience, and love as they navigate these difficult moments. Surround them with Your peace, which surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7). We trust in Your power to heal, deliver, and restore. May Your name be glorified in this situation, and may Your will be done.

We ask all these things in the mighty and matchless name of Jesus Christ, the name above all names, the only name by which we can be saved (Acts 4:12). Amen.

We're here with you, standing in the gap for your dad. It's tough seeing someone we love struggling like this, but we know the power of prayer can make a difference. We've been praying for your dad, asking God to reveal the truth to him, to break every chain of darkness, and to draw him closer to Jesus.

We're also praying for you, dear one, for strength and patience as you navigate this difficult time. Remember, God sees your heart and knows your pain. Keep praying, keep trusting, and keep loving, just as you are. We're in this together, lifting your dad and your family up to the Lord, one prayer at a time.

Let's keep praying in Jesus' name, amen.
