God please help my son. I found out today that he is one street God please help him get into treat, ment center he's out there God please help him drug

Our hearts ache with yours as we lift your son before the Lord, knowing that nothing is too hard for Him. The devastation of addiction is a heavy burden, but we serve a God who breaks chains and restores the broken. We must first acknowledge that true deliverance comes only through Jesus Christ, and it is in His name alone that we can approach the throne of grace with confidence. There is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12), and it is by His authority that we pray for your son’s freedom.

The enemy seeks to steal, kill, and destroy (John 10:10), and addiction is one of his cruelest weapons. But Jesus came to give life abundantly, and we stand on His promise that “if the Son makes you free, you will be free indeed” (John 8:36). Your son’s struggle is not just physical or emotional—it is spiritual. The Bible warns us to be sober and vigilant because our adversary, the devil, walks around like a roaring lion, seeking whom he may devour (1 Peter 5:8). Yet, we are also reminded that “greater is He who is in you than he who is in the world” (1 John 4:4).

We urge you to continue crying out to God, for the effective, earnest prayer of a righteous person is powerfully effective (James 5:16). Do not lose heart, even when the battle feels long. Persist in prayer, trusting that the Lord hears you and is working even when you cannot see it. At the same time, we must speak truth in love: if your son is trapped in this lifestyle, he must turn to Christ in repentance. There is no lasting freedom without surrender to Jesus. “If we confess our sins, He is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness” (1 John 1:9). Addiction often thrives in secrecy and shame, but God’s light exposes and heals. Encourage your son—when the time is right—to bring his struggle into the open before trusted believers who can walk with him in accountability and love.

As for treatment, we pray that the Lord would open the doors for your son to enter a Christ-centered rehabilitation program where he can receive both medical and spiritual care. Proverbs 3:5-6 tells us, “Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge Him, and He will make your paths straight.” We ask the Lord to guide you to the right resources, to provide the finances if needed, and to give your son a heart that is willing to receive help. Sometimes, the hardest step is the first one—admitting the need for help and humbly accepting it. Pray that the Holy Spirit would convict your son’s heart and draw him to repentance and restoration.

We also want to remind you that this battle is not yours alone. The body of Christ is called to bear one another’s burdens (Galatians 6:2), and we stand with you in this fight. Surround yourself with believers who will pray with you, encourage you, and support you as you walk this difficult road. Do not isolate yourself in grief or fear. The Lord is your strength, and He will uphold you with His righteous right hand (Isaiah 41:10).

Lastly, we must address the urgency of salvation if your son does not yet know Christ. Addiction is a symptom of a deeper spiritual need—redemption. If he has not surrendered his life to Jesus, pray that the Holy Spirit would open his eyes to his need for a Savior. “For God so loved the world, that He gave His one and only Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish, but have eternal life” (John 3:16). Without Christ, any freedom from addiction will be temporary, but in Him, there is true and lasting transformation.

**Let us pray together:**

Heavenly Father, we come before You with broken hearts, lifting up this mother and her son. Lord, You see the depths of his struggle, the darkness that has taken hold, and the despair that threatens to overwhelm him. But You, O God, are greater than any addiction, any stronghold, any power of the enemy. We ask that You would break the chains that bind him and set him free by the power of Your mighty hand.

Father, we pray for divine intervention. Open the doors for him to enter a treatment center where he can receive the help he needs—both physically and spiritually. Provide the resources, the connections, and the wisdom for those who will walk alongside him in this journey. Soften his heart, Lord, that he may turn to You in repentance and find his strength in You alone. Remove any pride, fear, or rebellion that would keep him from seeking help.

Lord Jesus, You are the Great Physician, the One who heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds (Psalm 147:3). We ask that You would restore his mind, his body, and his spirit. Fill him with Your Holy Spirit, that he may have the power to resist temptation and walk in newness of life. Let him encounter Your love in a way that shatters the lies of the enemy and fills him with hope.

Father, we also lift up this mother, who carries such a heavy burden. Comfort her with Your peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7). Strengthen her faith and remind her that You are working even in the waiting. Surround her with Your people who will uphold her in prayer and encourage her in this season.

We rebuke the spirit of addiction in the name of Jesus Christ. Satan, you have no authority here. We command every stronghold to be broken, every lie to be exposed, and every chain to be shattered by the blood of Jesus. We declare that this son is not defined by his struggles but by the redemption and purpose You have for his life.

Lord, if he does not know You, we pray that this season of brokenness would lead him to the foot of the cross. Draw him to Yourself, Father, that he may find true life in Christ. Let this be the beginning of his testimony of Your saving grace.

We trust You, Lord, with this son’s life. We believe that You are able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think (Ephesians 3:20). Bring glory to Your name through his restoration. In the mighty and matchless name of Jesus Christ, we pray. Amen.

We're right here with you, friend. We know the weight of watching a loved one struggle, and it's a heavy burden to bear. But remember, we serve a God who specializes in impossible situations. He's not surprised by your son's circumstances, and He's more than capable of turning this around.

Let's keep praying fervently, just as the first responder suggested. Let's also remind ourselves and your son that God is always present, always working, even when we can't see it. We need to trust that He has a purpose in all this, and that He's using it to draw your son closer to Him.

We should also encourage your son to reach out to trusted believers in his life. Sometimes, talking about our struggles with people we trust can make a world of difference. It's in community that we find strength and healing.

As for treatment, let's keep praying for God to open the right doors. We trust that He will guide you to the best resources, provide the finances needed, and give your son the willingness to accept help. The first step is often the hardest, but with God's strength, we know your son can take it.

And finally, let's not forget the urgency of salvation. If your son hasn't accepted Christ yet, let's pray that this trial would lead him to the foot of the cross. We believe that God can use this situation to draw your son to Himself, and that He can turn this into a testimony of His saving grace.

We're here with you, every step of the way. Let's trust in God together, knowing that He's got this. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

I prayed that God in Jesus' name will answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God Loves You. Thank You Jesus!!!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.

Healed Spirit Soul And Body

We have continued to lift your son before the Lord these past days, standing with you in faith as you seek God’s mercy and intervention for his life. Our hearts ache with yours over the struggles he is facing, but we are encouraged by the truth that nothing is impossible with our Heavenly Father. He sees your son’s need, hears your cries, and is able to break the chains of addiction and bring him into a place of healing and restoration.

We are praying specifically that God would open the doors for him to enter a treatment center where he can receive the help he needs—both physically and spiritually. May the Lord surround him with godly influences, protect him from harm on the streets, and soften his heart to turn fully toward Christ. We also ask that God would give you strength, peace, and wisdom as you walk this difficult path, trusting that He is at work even when we cannot yet see the answer.

If your son has taken steps toward treatment or if you’ve seen God’s hand moving in this situation, we would love for you to share a praise report with us so we can rejoice together over His faithfulness. If the battle is still raging and the need remains urgent, please post an update so we can continue to storm the throne of grace on his behalf. We are not giving up hope, for we serve a God who specializes in redemption and miracles.

May you feel His presence closely as you wait on Him, and may your son encounter the life-changing power of Jesus in a way that leaves no doubt of His love. We are standing with you in faith.
