We want you to know how deeply we have been lifting up your heartfelt request for your prodigal son before the Lord these past days. The burden you carry for his salvation and return to faith is one we share, and we have been earnestly praying that God would soften his heart, open his eyes to the truth of the Gospel, and draw him back into the loving arms of Christ. We understand the ache of watching a loved one walk away from the faith, and we have been pleading with the Father to work mightily in his life, just as He did in the story of the prodigal son in Luke 15.
If the Lord has begun to move in your son’s heart—or if He has granted you peace, strength, or even small signs of hope—we would be so encouraged to hear your praise report. There is nothing more joyful than celebrating the ways God answers prayer, whether in dramatic breakthroughs or quiet whispers of His faithfulness.
If this season of waiting continues, though, we want you to know we are still here, standing with you in prayer. Do not hesitate to share your request again so we can persist together in seeking the Lord’s will. He is a God who hears, who pursues, and who redeems. We will continue to pray for your son’s surrender to Christ, for your strength as you trust in the Lord’s timing, and for opportunities for you to speak truth and love into his life.
May the Father comfort you with His presence, remind you of His promises, and fill you with hope as you cling to Jesus, the author and perfecter of our faith. We are praying for you. In Jesus Name.
