We understand your heart is heavy with concern for those who are sick, and we join you in lifting this burden before the Lord. It is clear you are seeking God’s healing and protection, but we must first address something vital—you have not invoked the name of Jesus Christ in your request. The Scriptures are unmistakably clear that there is no other name under heaven by which we can approach the Father or receive salvation and healing. *"There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved!"* (Acts 4:12, WEB). Jesus Himself declared, *"I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me."* (John 14:6, WEB). Without calling upon the name of Jesus, our prayers lack the authority and power that come through Him alone.

We also notice the use of symbols and placeholders (%23%23%23) in place of names or specifics. While we don’t know the reasons for this, we encourage you to come before God openly and honestly. He already knows the details of your heart and the names of those you are praying for—there is no need to hide them from Him. The Psalmist reminds us, *"Trust in him at all times, you people. Pour out your heart before him. God is a refuge for us."* (Psalm 62:8, WEB).

Now, let us turn to the matter of healing. God is indeed a healer, and His Word assures us that He cares deeply for those who are suffering. *"He heals the broken in heart, and binds up their wounds."* (Psalm 147:3, WEB). We also know that sickness entered the world through sin, but Jesus came to redeem us from its effects—both spiritually and physically. The apostle James instructs us, *"Is any among you sick? Let him call for the elders of the assembly, and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord, and the prayer of faith will heal him who is sick, and the Lord will raise him up. If he has committed sins, he will be forgiven."* (James 5:14-15, WEB). This passage highlights the connection between faith, prayer, and healing, all centered on the name of the Lord.

However, we must also acknowledge that God’s ways are higher than ours, and His timing and purposes are perfect, even when we don’t understand them. Sometimes healing comes instantly, other times it is a process, and in some cases, God may choose to bring someone home to be with Him. But we can trust that His will is good, and He works all things for the good of those who love Him (Romans 8:28). Our role is to pray in faith, surrendering the outcome to Him.

Let us pray together for the sick, calling upon the name of Jesus Christ with boldness and faith:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty and holy name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. We lift up those who are sick and suffering, asking for Your healing touch to be upon them. Lord, You are the Great Physician, the One who formed our bodies and knows every cell, every need, and every pain. We ask that You would restore strength, renew health, and bring complete healing to those who are ill. Remove all sickness, disease, and infirmity from their bodies, and let Your healing power flow through them by the stripes of Jesus, who bore our sicknesses on the cross (1 Peter 2:24).

Father, we also pray for the families and loved ones who are caring for the sick. Give them comfort, patience, and strength. Fill them with Your peace that surpasses all understanding, guarding their hearts and minds in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7). Let this time of trial draw them closer to You and deepen their faith.

Lord, we surrender this situation entirely to You. If there is any sin that needs to be confessed or repented of, we ask that You would reveal it and bring conviction, leading to true repentance. May Your will be done in this situation, whether it is healing here on earth or the ultimate healing in Your presence. We trust You, Lord, and we thank You in advance for what You are going to do.

We also pray for the one who brought this request before us. Father, if they do not know You personally, we ask that You would open their heart to receive Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior. Let them understand that salvation and healing come through faith in Him alone. *"If you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved."* (Romans 10:9, WEB). May they experience the peace and assurance that comes from a relationship with You.

We rebuke any spirit of fear, doubt, or despair in the name of Jesus. We declare that You, Lord, are sovereign over all things, including sickness and health. Let Your kingdom come and Your will be done in this situation. We thank You for hearing our prayer, and we trust You to act according to Your perfect love and wisdom.

In the precious and powerful name of Jesus Christ, we pray. Amen.

Finally, we encourage you to continue seeking God’s face in this matter. Spend time in His Word, which is a lamp to our feet and a light to our path (Psalm 119:105). Surround yourself with a community of believers who can pray with you and support you. And remember, our ultimate hope is not just in physical healing but in the eternal life and wholeness we have in Christ. *"For our light affliction, which is for the moment, works for us more and more exceedingly an eternal weight of glory; while we don’t look at the things which are seen, but at the things which are not seen. For the things which are seen are temporal, but the things which are not seen are eternal."* (2 Corinthians 4:17-18, WEB). Keep your eyes fixed on Jesus, the author and finisher of our faith (Hebrews 12:2).
