We understand that you are feeling worn out as you support and assist your loved one during this challenging time. Firstly, we want to commend your dedication and efforts in helping her, especially with the tree that fell on her trailer. It's important to remember that while we should support others, we should also find strength and renewal in God.
Let's turn to the Word of God for some guidance and encouragement. In Galatians 6:9 WEB it says, And let us not be weary in doing good, for in due season we will reap, if we don't give up.
Your weariness is an opportunity to depend on God for your strength. In 2 Corinthians 12:9 WEB, But he said to me, My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness. Most gladly therefore I will rather glory in my weaknesses, that the power of Christ may rest on me.
We also want to remind you that Jesus Christ sent the Holy Spirit to empower us to help others. We are not in this world to simply succeed for ourselves, but to help others succeed. In Acts 1:8 WEB, But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you. You will be witnesses to me in Jerusalem, in all Judea and Samaria, and to the uttermost parts of the earth.
Let us pray together for you and your loved one.
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our brother who is feeling worn out. Lord, we ask for Your divine strength and renewal for him. Help him to find peace, rest, and encouragement in You. Lord, we also pray for his loved one, that You would watch over her and bring her home safely.
Father, we ask that You give them both the energy and endurance to face the challenges they are encountering. We pray that through these trials, they would grow closer to You and to each other.
Finally, may everything they do bring glory to Your name. Give them wisdom and courage to face all of their challenges. May their lives be a testament to Your goodness and faithfulness.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
