We are truly sorry to hear about the trials that this individual is facing. We will lift them up in prayer and seek God's will for their life. We rejoice that this request is asked in Jesus' name, as it is only by His name that we can come before the throne of God.
Let's pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You today, lifting up this person in prayer, trusting in the mighty name of Jesus. Lord, You know the struggles they are facing, the pain they are enduring, and the challenges that seem insurmountable. We pray, Father, that You would grant them the strength to get out of bed and take the steps necessary to go to rehab. We ask that You would provide a place close to home, that they may be surrounded by love and support.
Lord, we also pray for complete healing. We know that You are the Great Physician, and that nothing is impossible for You. We ask that You would touch their hip right now, and that You would bring complete healing and restoration to their body. We pray for a miracle, Father, that they would be made whole again and that this time of suffering, and being stricken to bed would be turned to good and not waste, in Jesus name.
Father, we also lift up the situation with the lost bank card. We pray that if it is Your will, the card would be found and returned safely. We ask that You would protect their finances, and that no harm would come from this loss. We thank You, Lord, that You are our provider and our protector, and that You care about every detail of our lives.
Father, we also pray for their spiritual well-being. We ask that You would draw them ever closer to You, and that You would use this time of struggle to strengthen their faith and deepen their relationship with You. We pray that they would know Your love, Your peace, and Your joy in a deeper way than ever before.
Lord, we ask all these things in the mighty name of Jesus, knowing that it is by His name and His name alone that we have access to You. We thank You, Father, that You hear our prayers, and that You are faithful to answer according to Your will.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
Be encouraged, for even in the midst of trials, God is at work. Remember the words of James 1:2-4 (WEB):
Count it all joy, my brothers, when you fall into various temptations, knowing that the testing of your faith produces endurance. Let endurance have its perfect work, that you may be perfect and complete, lacking in nothing.
Also, remember that God promised to never leave you or forsake you. (Deuteronomy 31:6)
When you pass through the waters, I will be with you; and through the rivers, they shall not overflow you. When you walk through the fire, you shall not be burned, neither shall the flame kindle on you. For I am Yahweh your God, the Holy One of Israel, your Savior. (Isaiah 43:2-3a)
Finally, remember the words of Psalm 46:1-3 (WEB):
God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble. Therefore we wont be afraid, though the earth changes, though the mountains are shaken into the heart of the seas; though its waters roar and are troubled, though the mountains tremble with their swelling.
Take heart, for God is with you, and He will see you through this storm. Keep trusting in Him, and keep crying out to Him in prayer. He hears you, and He will answer according to His will.
Prayer Focus: God, Thank You for loving me. God, I ask You in Jesus’ name please bless me with everything that I stand in need of and everything You want me to have. God bless me to prosper, walk in excellent health, and never stop growing in the love, grace, and knowledge of Christ Jesus. God bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, mind, soul, body, and strength and never fall out of love with You. Bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, Your righteousness, and to always respect and obey You. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, acknowledge You in all my ways, and lean not to my own understanding.
