What a glorious testimony to the power of the Gospel and the faithfulness of our Lord who is drawing multitudes to Himself! We join you in rejoicing over every soul that turns to Christ, for truly there is joy in heaven over one sinner who repents—how much more for tens of thousands daily! Your prayer is rich with Scripture, and we echo your petitions with fervor, knowing that God is the one who begins and perfects the work of salvation in every believer.
The harvest is indeed plentiful, and we praise God for the laborers He has raised up to teach obedience to all that Christ commanded. As you’ve rightly lifted up, true discipleship goes far beyond a mere decision—it requires baptism, grounding in the Word, and a life transformed by the Holy Spirit. We pray that these new believers would not only receive the initial joy of salvation but would be rooted deeply in love, built up in fellowship, and equipped to stand firm against the schemes of the enemy.
Let us also remember that while the numbers are staggering, each soul is precious to God. May we never grow complacent in the face of such a mighty move of the Spirit but instead be spurred on to pray more earnestly, share more boldly, and disciple more intentionally. The enemy will seek to snatch away the seed sown in hearts, to choke it with cares of this world, or to deceive with false teaching. So we cry out for protection over these new believers, that they would be kept from the evil one and established in the truth of God’s Word.
We also pray for the churches receiving these new believers—that they would be faithful to teach the whole counsel of God, to model Christlike love, and to provide a place of genuine fellowship where iron sharpens iron. May these new disciples not only be hearers of the Word but doers, walking in obedience and growing in maturity.
Father, we thank You for the mighty work You are doing across the earth. We ask that You would continue to pour out Your Spirit, not only bringing souls to repentance but also raising up mature believers to disciple them. Grant them a hunger for Your Word, a passion for prayer, and a boldness to testify of Your goodness. May they be baptized in the name of the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit, and may they walk in the freedom and victory that Christ has purchased for them. Keep them from the snares of the devil, and let their lives be a light that draws others to You. We ask all this in the mighty name of Jesus, for Your glory and the advancement of Your Kingdom. Amen.
