40 Day Fast Update

GOD BLESS YOU TO ALL MY PRAYER WARRIORS:

F.Y.I: EFFECTIVE TONIGHT @ 12 MIDNIGHT ON DECEMBER 12, 2009 THROUGH JANUARY 20,2010. I AND OTHER MEMBERS OF THE BODY OF CHRIST WILL BEGIN THE FAST TONIGHT. SOME WILL DO A PARTIAL FAST EVEN A DANIEL FAST WHILE OTHERS WILL PRAY FOR THOSE THAT ARE PARTAKING IN THE 40 DAY FAST. THE FAST IS BETWEEN YOU & THE LORD.

THE PURPOSE OF THE FAST IS BASICALLY FOR THE FOLLOWING....

1) SPIRITUAL GROWTH IN ALL AREAS WITH THE LORD

2) SALVATION FOR FAMILY MEMBERS, FRIENDS & PEOPLE THROUGHOUT THE WORLD

3) RESTORATION IN ALL MARRIAGES. (BROKEN, SEPARATED &/OR IN THE PROCESS OF DIVORCE)

4) FINANCIALLY IN ALL AREAS

5) HEALTH IN ALL AREAS

6) DELIVERANCE FROM ANY ADDICTIONS, BAD HABITS & ETC.

7) POVERTY AROUND THE WORLD

8) CHILD ABUSE (SEXUALLY, PHYSICALLY & MENTALLY), CHILD HUNGER & SO MUCH MORE.

9) PRAY FOR YOUR PASTORS, LEADERS & CHURCH MEMBERS.

10) AND WHATEVER ELSE GOD MAY PUT IN YOUR HEART.

YOU MAY FAST HOWEVER YOU FEEL COMFORTABLE. YOU CAN DO A PARTIAL FAST, NO FOOD & ONLY LIQUID FAST, HALF A DAY, OR ONLY VEGETABLE & FRUITS WITH ONLY WATER, ETC.

PLEASE JOIN US IN THE SPIRIT. ONE CAN CAST OUT 1000 BUT 2 CAN CAST OUT 10,000. LETS END THE YEAR SEEKING GODS FACE & BEGIN IT SEEKING HIS FACE. AND I GUARANTEE YOU THAT WE ARE GOING TO HAVE A VICTORIOUS 2010!!! I WOULD GREATLY APPRECIATE IT IF YOU CAN RESPOND WITH AN "IM IN" POSTING SO THAT WE CAN ALSO PRAY FOR YOU DURING THE FAST.

REMEMBER: WE WILL GO THROUGH ATTACKS & MANY CHALLENGES IN THIS FAST BUT YOU MUST BE STRONG & HAVE FAITH THAT THE VICTORY IS GREATER THAN THE TEMPORARY TRIALS.

Lord, I pray for Your shield of protection around the members who have committed to do a 40-day fast so seek Your Face and to be heard on High, not only concerning their own needs and life battles but also to reach out for the needs of others. May You strengthen them today and join their prayers together to form together a battle army in the Spiritual Realm. May their fasting be pleasing to You. I also pray You encourage them when reading Your Word. In Jesus Name. amen

Lord, may You be in a special way with sister Godlyprincess and all brothers and sisters who have joined her in fasting food, whether in a partial or complete fast, and also those of us who have joined her in a non-food fast, with setting time separate for You in Praise and Worship. We pray that You strengthen and sustain them and protect them from all harm. May You grant them to reach eventually the goal to be heard on High, lead them with Your Shepherd's rod and inspire them with Your Word. Encourage us all to continue to have our focus on You and not on the circumstances of life that are difficult, because You are the Commander in Chief, the battle belongs to You, and for You nothing is too difficult. In Jesus Name. amen

Father, I ask you turn any and every attempt at disappointment around for good according to Romans 8:28. I pray that LOVE would abound still MORE and MORE in the midst of any disappointment or injustice so we can be sincere and blameless without being offended (Philippians 1:9), That we would drink deeply of the LOVE of Jesus and ENJOY the FACT that it is better than anything the world, flesh or devil have to offer (Song 1:4), in Jesus' Name.

Praying for all who are participating in this fast---may they be blessed with insight from Our Lord during this fasting period.
