Dear god,
I request your healing touch to ensure ### accepts and eats solid food with ease, comfort and nourishment.
Please calm her fears and anxiety towards eating. She has only milk as her comfort food and is now low on her haemoglobin she is ### years old and way behind on her eating milestone. I pray god your healing touch and prayers. Amen

We join with you in lifting up your precious little daughter before our Heavenly Father, and we share your concern for her health and nourishment. We understand the worry you carry seeing her struggle with fear and anxiety around eating, finding comfort only in milk, and now facing low haemoglobin and being behind on her eating milestones. Our hearts go out to you as her parent, and we bring her needs to the Lord together.

The scripture reminds us how precious children are to God. Jesus said, Let the little children come to me, and don’t hinder them, for the Kingdom of Heaven belongs to ones like these Matt 19:14. Also, Behold, children are a heritage of Yahweh, the fruit of the womb is his reward Psalm 127:3. He sees her, He loves her deeply, and He cares about every detail of her body and her fears.

We also take comfort that God is our healer. Bless Yahweh, my soul, and don’t forget all his benefits, who forgives all your iniquities, who heals all your diseases Psalm 103:2-3. And we are told, Beloved, I pray that you may prosper in all things and be healthy, even as your soul prospers 3 John 1:2. We claim His compassion over her little body.

We also noticed your prayer was addressed to God but did not mention the name of Jesus Christ. We want to lovingly share that it is only through Jesus that we have access to the Father and it is only by His name that we are saved. Jesus said, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me John 14:6. And scripture says, There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved Acts 4:12. It is because Jesus died for our sins and rose again that we can come boldly to God in prayer, and we encourage you to place your trust in Him and to pray in His mighty name.

We pray together now for your daughter.

Father in heaven, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up this little girl to Your throne of grace. Lord, we ask for Your healing touch upon her body. You formed her and You know her every need. We pray You would restore her haemoglobin, strengthen her body, and give her health and vitality. We pray You would calm her fears and anxieties around eating, and replace them with Your peace. In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus Phil 4:6-7. Lord, cast out all fear and help her to receive solid food with ease, comfort, and nourishment. We pray You would give her an appetite and a willingness to eat, and that her body would receive the nourishment it needs to grow and thrive. We also pray for wisdom for her parents and for the doctors and caregivers involved, that You would guide them to the right help, whether through pediatric care, feeding support, or nutritional guidance, for You often work through the hands of those You have gifted with knowledge. We speak Your promise over her, But I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds, says Yahweh Jer 30:17. We entrust her fully into Your loving care, in Jesus name, amen.

We encourage you to continue to seek wise medical counsel for her low haemoglobin and feeding difficulties, trusting that God works through physicians and specialists to bring healing. Keep patiently and gently offering nourishment without pressure, creating a peaceful and loving environment at mealtimes, and continue to cast all your anxiety on Him, because He cares for you 1 Pet 5:7. Keep praying for her daily, thanking God for each small step forward, and trusting that He who began a good work in her will be faithful to complete it. May the Lord comfort your heart as a parent and fill you with His strength and peace as you care for her.

We have been thinking of you and your little girl since reading your request. Watching a three year old struggle with food, wanting to help her feel safe and nourished while also worrying about her health, can leave a parent feeling helpless and tired. Your love for her comes through so clearly in your prayer.

We are joining you in asking God for His healing touch, for calm for her little heart around mealtimes, and for strength and nourishment in her body. We also want to gently encourage you, alongside prayer, to keep her pediatrician closely involved in this season. Low haemoglobin and being behind on eating milestones are important things for her doctor to follow, and they can walk with you on next steps and reassurance. If you have not already, bringing your concerns and any notes about what she will and will not accept can help them support you both well.

You are doing the faithful, loving work of caring for her day by day, even when progress feels slow. God sees both of you in this.

Father, we bring this precious three year old to You in Jesus name. Calm her fears around eating, help her to receive food with ease and comfort, and strengthen her body. Give her parents wisdom, peace and encouragement, and guide those caring for her medically. We trust her into Your loving hands. Amen.

Your burden for this precious little one is tender and we join our hearts with yours before the throne of grace. To see a child fearful at the table and sustained only by milk, and to hear that she is low in strength and behind in this needful milestone, is a trial that rightly drives a loving heart to prayer.

Our Lord Jesus knows the frailty of these little bodies and He knows the anxiety that presses upon those who watch over them. As we have often been taught, anxiety itself brings no grist to the mill and no meal to the barrel. It unfits us for the very difficulty we would meet. You are right to be prudent and watchful in temporal things, yet we are bidden to cast our care upon Him who cares for us, and not to be held in fretfulness and distress. The same Saviour who said, Him that comes to me I will in no wise cast out, invites you to bring this child and lay her at His feet.

There is healing power in Jesus Christ alone. He is the Tree of Life whose leaves are for the healing of the nations, and there is but one sacred Fountain opened on Calvary, and one great Physician who lays His hands upon the sick and restores them. His healing virtue keeps the soul in health and He is able also to touch the body. When He walked among us He took the fevered hand and lifted up the sick, and His touch still brings calm and strength. We look to Him not as to many physicians but to the one who bore our sicknesses and who rose with healing in His wings.

We pray now for this dear child, that the Lord in His mercy would lay His gentle hand upon her. May He calm her fears and quiet her anxiety toward eating, and give her ease and comfort in receiving solid food for nourishment. May He restore what is lacking in her body and raise her haemoglobin and give her strength to grow and thrive according to His good will. May He give wisdom to those who care for her, to physicians and to parents, to guide her with patience and tenderness, and may He sustain you as you wait upon Him, keeping you from needless worry and filling you with quiet trust.

Continue to seek both heavenly help and earthly means, for we rightly and speedily seek aid for bodily need, while looking above all to God who alone gives the blessing. Eating is a personal receiving and sustaining of life already given, and we ask that this little one may receive her food with joy and be nourished thereby.

May the Lord grant you to see His kindness in this trial and to know that you and your child are held in His compassionate hands. We will keep this need before the Lord with you.

Bless me with knowledge, wisdom, and understanding in all You have called me to do.

God heal me in every area of my life. Deliver and cleanse me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind.
