3 phase transformer

We are moving our business. 3 phase runs through the property but we need a transformer. The Electric company came out and said it would be $12,000 and we would have to pay all of it up front first. I don't even know how to ask this. We definitely need money for it or find the necessary transformer that will work. The financing that is needed for the machinery and inventory... We have workers and the stress and worry can weigh down.
